Our Visit the Henley Regatta
Our Visit the Henley Regatta from Winnersh. The whole thing worked extremely well and despite heavy traffic we arrived on time and were picked up on time for the return journey. The driver was very pleasant and very helpful. I can't find a fault at all. I would certainly recommend the service and the company.

Taxi booked for 5am flight
Booking the taxi was very easy. The driver arrived on time and a text message was sent informing me that he was on his way. He was pleasant, he helped with the luggage & got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

The driver came early rang us to say he was here and if we wanted to leave early we could or could stick to the time agreed ..was polite and very chatty making the journey fun and felt even quicker.

DISGUSTING! Booked a taxi with wrong info and 15min later call to cancel and they would only refund 10%...
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, they will con you. It is outsourced and not based in the UK where the staff don't care and won't help you

Don't use Uber - use Taxicode!
Having just been cheated out of so much money by Uber when I tried to book a car in advance to meet me at the station to take me home (for doing absolutely nothing - simply because of the way their booking system works - when I told a friend what had happened, he responded "What bastards"), I was relieved to be able to book an ordinary taxi in advance without being cheated. I will never again risk trying to book with Uber.
Having then booked a taxi in advance with Universal Taxi Loughborough through Taxicode, I managed to catch an earlier train back to Loughborough and was able to change the time of meeting and get confirmation from the driver without any problem, which was a great relief. Not being a regular user of taxis, it seemed expensive and I had to pay extra for receiving an SMS confirmation without which I could not have changed the time of meeting. But the driver was really helpful and carried my luggage to the front door.
