Very nice

Very nice experience. The driver was friendly and the ride was smooth and overall very good. I’ll be using them again.

Great experience

The company that Taxi Code had dispatched the booking to was very neat and professional. Driver was kind and showed up in a nice and clear car, perfect communication beforehand. As a woman traveling alone with her dog it was a bit daunting taking a taxi from Harwich all the way to West London late at night, but I felt safe and looked after.

I booked a taxi for a one off trip from…

I booked a taxi for a one off trip from Sheffield to Manchester and back. The service was excellent and went totally to plan. However!!! forward to one year later and the company has taken the same amount of payment off my card £234.50 Why?? I have had to go through my bank to get the payment back.
I would not trust them....

Due to a system error that occurred during our scheduled maintenance window, several transactions were processed incorrectly. Our technical team has been working on this as a priority since the error was detected, and we are currently resolving the underlying issue.

I want to reassure you that your refund has already been processed. Depending on your bank’s internal processing times, you should see the funds back in your account within 1-2 business days.

We know how unsettling it is to see unauthorised activity on your account, and we are deeply sorry for the stress and inconvenience this has caused. We are taking immediate steps to ensure this type of glitch does not happen again.

From the moment we landed to the moment…

From the moment we landed to the moment we got in the car it was a very smooth experience. The call centre is friendly and helpful, and finding the driver was super easy. It was a long trip as well and it was extremely comfortable.

We were very late for the taxi by 2 hours

We were very late by 2 hours, because our luggage was held up at the Airport. The Taxi service kept in touch, although there was extra charge it was fair. The Service was very good, the driver patient and excellent.

Excellent service - but not the company I used!

Very pleased! Even though I had to make a slight change to my pick-up address with only a few hours' notice, the driver was on time, helped me with my luggage, made sure I was warm & comfortable in his car , was pleasant and professional and drove me safely back home. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A REVIEW OF TAXICODE! I HAVE NEVER USED TAXI PRICE COMPARE!!

The service from EZ taxis was…

The service from EZ taxis was outstanding. Prior to our ride, the driver ensured clear communication, and he was punctual for both the pick-up and drop-off. His courteous and friendly demeanor made our journey pleasant and stress-free. We rate this experience top-notch and highly suggest it to others. We’ll definitely opt for their service whenever we're in town. Many thanks!
