The delivery of the taxi boxes itself was good. But there is not much flexibility in available days for box drop offs and pick ups. I used their movers and was disappointed with the experience. Their communication was not great. I was on hold for long periods when trying to get an update on ETAs.

We're pleased your TAXIBOX deliveries ran smoothly, though we're sorry that our availability and removalist service left you feeling disappointed.
Regarding your feedback around the limited flexibility for delivery and collection days, we'd love to be able to say "no worries, how does tomorrow sound?" every time, but our trucks keep themselves pretty busy! We work hard to fit as many customers in as possible while keeping everything running on schedule, which can sometimes mean availability is a little limited. Even so, we know that doesn't always line up perfectly with moving plans, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.
We understand your concerns around the communication and timing of your removalist service. Given that the initial load started slightly later than anticipated, we appreciate the inconvenience this would have caused and understand how disappointing that experience must have been. We can see our team kept in touch with you via SMS throughout the afternoon to provide updates on the removalists' estimated arrival time, though we're sorry if this still left you feeling out of the loop. To acknowledge the inconvenience, we'd already provided a refund equivalent to the cost of loading one TAXIBOX when this was first brought to our attention.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it's given us the opportunity to review both our communication and the service provided by our removalist partners.

I found the whole experience very seamless
I found the whole experience very good from placing my order, tracking system & Frank was right on time, asked which way I wanted the box, the whole delivery for arrival to placing in driveway was 10 mins, Frank gave me a quick overview of locking mechanism, very simple. I would highly recommend TaxBoxi to anyone looking for some extra storage - Sandra, Glen Huntly

I had seen the Taxi boxes around and thought what a great concept, then I needed one!
It was absolutely perfect. I could unpack boxes in the box then just take the items into my house.

Shout out to Frank for his awesome help with delivering my partners Taxibox! He went over and beyond to make sure it was seamless even though we couldn’t access the loading dock.
Frank went out of his way to ensure we were able to get our stuff into the apartment building and was so kind and considerate.

Used Taxi Box for an interstate move
Used Taxi Box for an interstate move. The service was impeccable. From delivery to Sydney address and to drop off in Adelaide. Above all it cost a lot less than a traditional removalist for the same job. Items arrived in perfect conditions with no damage. Highly recommend Taxi Box and will definitely use them again for my future needs.
