I had a problem with the delivery company DPD and my parcel went back. This was rectified immediately and the guys re-sent my delivery free of charge, straight away. Excellent customer service.

Apprentice first time buyer, great experience!
I'm an apprenticeship and used tattoo everything to receive my first machine (valknut 3.5mm) while ordering my auto fill used the wrong postcode, shortly after I was contacted to double check the address. I'm relieved that they took the extra steps rather than simply shipping it out, thank you Ryhs!
Overall great customer service and the product arrived securely without a single dent :)
