After DPD failed to deliver my order of cocktails I was in a panic but the customer service agent I spoke to , Ria, was amazing. Ria was very kind and straightaway resent another box of cocktails in time for my daughter’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly, polite and great customer service.
Tapp’d are professional, and were very quick to resolve the issue. This is now the third time using them and we will be loyal customers as we are so impressed by how they handled the situation. Thank you so much to the team and to Ria in particular!
Oh and the cocktails were great too .. everyone loved them!

Great cocktails, especially the Espresso Martini and the Cosmo! Fab service and free delivery on orders over £50, what’s not to ❤️

Also, they taste just like one you would pay twice the price for in a bar.. some cocktails from other companies have tasted wishy washy but Tappd have absolutely nailed the right taste combined with the level of alcohol

Ordered a box to be delivered yesterday as need them as a gift to be given tomorrow. They haven’t arrived so have called 3 times to be told “they’re out for delivery probably tomorrow! Have asked for a change of address or a refund of which neither can be done. Have ordered many times when this company was small and needed custom, now much bigger and feel they don’t really care anymore. Shame

I ordered the ultimate cocktail kit on a Friday for a party on the Saturday so paid for GUARANTEED DELIVERY the kit arrived after 48 hours later so not next day. On the web site it says customer services is open on Sat 9 till 2, I left 3 messages no one got back to me, I sent an email still no reply. So thats obviously a lie. I eventually contacted the company on Monday morning and explained I did not want the cocktails they said I could not return as it would cost too much and the only thing they could do was refund the delivery charge. The woman in customer services was awful she couldn't even get my name right and talked over me constantly. I would not recommend the company and would have given a -5* rating if I could.

I decided to try a box of 6 cocktails as a virgin experience voucher I’d been bought. The cocktails are amazing, really fresh tasting, like you’d get from a bar. I’ve tried other bottled cocktails in the past and tappd are so much better. Really quick delivery too. There was a slight issue with my order but customer services were fantastic and resolved it straight away. I will definitely be ordering from tappd again.

On my first order I really really loved the pina colada so ordered 16 bottles with my 2nd order. Either the recipe has been changed or I had a bad batch the 2nd time as they defiantly didn’t taste the same. Overall I think the cocktails are fab but was disappointed that I bought so many pina coladas to find them to be different, if the recipe has changed I would definatly recommend changing it back!

I saw the cocktails on QVC and decided to sign up on their website to receive news and discount codes etc. I ordered their 12 bottle advent calendar and they arrived today. This review is only based on my first bottle of pina colada. It’s 200ml and was the perfect size to fill my glass with some ice cubes. You can immediately taste the quality. It’s not a thin taste but a proper thick pina colada that I’ve drink many many times. They use real pineapple and coconut blended with rum. It’s delicious and I’ll have to be careful as i think it will be easy to finish all 12 bottles in a couple of nights! Can’t wait to try all the different cocktails over the next week. So far ten out of ten.

The sales team were super busy and missed my email first time - so they sent two crates as an apology! Very good service and great cocktails for parties at home. Will definitely buy again :-)

Ordered as gifts for friends and also some for myself. Really impressed with the speed of dispatch and delivery up to here in North Wales. Can't remember when I had such stunning cocktails, really delicious. I shall be ordering more.

A hiccup with delivery, but was quickly and efficiently handled, these are the best cocktails around, and the French Martini is to die for.
