DO NOT ORDER FROM TALLIAH ROSE!

Ordered two items and only one thing turned up in my parcel. Have emailed and got nothing back!!!! Have also sent messages on IG and nothing. Will never buy again

Received message to say my package was ready to be picked up from local shop when I got there scanned QR code to be told they didn't have anything for me check my order to find it has been returned WHY!!! I have been trying to contact someone at Tallia Rose but that has been impossible still don't have my items or the £88 that iv paid shocking

Small sizing only goes up to a 14 and shoes never in stock! Crap

I didn’t want to have to write this review as the owner seems a lovely girl nd was following this brand for a while, but I wanted some jeans off TikTok they was selling, they didn’t have my size so by the off chance I went on talliah rose website and they had my size. I received my parcel next day which I can’t complain about but sadly the jeans had no hem which it showed they were hemmed in the photo , so misleading info, and also too big for me, so I informed I was sending the parcel back to them, they have received my return 10 days ago now and I still haven’t had any notification that a refund is processing. I have tried emailing and also messaging on TikTok multiple times to no response so now I am having to do a chargeback, so disappointed if only I ordered on TikTok where they step in if a refund isn’t given.

I ordered from Ireland and I had delivery in under a week. The quality of the jeans is amazing and they have a lovely stretch to them. I highly recommend this brand, I was a little worried when I read some of the older reviews but I can’t speak highly enough of the quality. 10/10!

I placed an order with this company on 29th November,money was taken straight away but still waiting for items,when I finally got a reply I was sent a fake link to dpd saying my order was delivered,when I went to local couriers they told me that at no point had these items been in their system,AVOID AT ALL COST
I wish id read reviews before I wasted nearly £50.
Once again our local couriers has no records of this item being in their system and it was never delivered!Also,we live on an island of the north west coast of Scotland,nobody does next day delivery to here!
The one thing I will say is I’ve had no issue with getting in touch with the company but we’re just going round in circles…

This company is the absolute worst . I ordered a few items and paid for 3-5 day shipping . I never received the items and no one responds to emails or ig dms . This company is horrible and steady posting on ig but not responding to legit customers.BUYERS BEEARE‼️‼️‼️‼️I will dispute the charges with my bank for a refund!!!!!!

Update : finally someone reached out to me from ig and help me out with the updated shipping information.

Placed an order on the 27th August. The website states item is sent out the same day and next day DPD delivery is provided. 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company multiple times as well as sending messages on instagram with no response. I have had to raise the issue with my bank to be provided an email.

Wore leggings for 6 hours and already a huge hole in the gusset, even SHEIN lasts longer than this. Have sent two emails, two chat messages, and two instagram comments over last two weeks and NO REPLY WHATSOEVER. am now filing a charge back on my card

Finally got a reply from owners private instagram. Tbf issue was then sorted immediately but I did make the point of why it took so many attempts to get any sort of reply….

Krispy and Brony are fantastic hoist, the clothing are all true to size they never seem to disappoint, love there foot wear very good quality, deliver items come on time. Love Tallliahrose will recommend.

I ordered some clothes and 3 perfumes from Talliah Rose. My order arrived in 3 parcels and only one of 3 perfumes were received - the packaging wasn’t damaged to show signs of any theft.

When I queried this with the company, we went back and forth for about a week before they then said that they checked CCTV which showed that the perfumes were packaged.

When I asked to see the CCTV they said that they can’t show it unless I go to the police. Obviously the police have better things to do than chase my missing perfumes.

The fact that the packaging wasn’t damaged means clearly this company hasnt sent the perfumes and is up to something dodgy to get out of it - will not be ordering again.

I’ve basically spent £60 on perfumes that were never received and they are refusing to do anything about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made an account just to write this review. Yes, I did receive my clothes but none of them fit and I was NOT impressed by the quality. Feels like clearance clothing from Shein. I followed all of the steps required to return for a refund, I provided the tracking number, and even had to show a photo of the package with a timestamp to prove I wrote the correct address. They claim to have never received the package and said it was my responsibility to contact Customs and Border Control and their local post office in the UK to figure out where my package went. I live in FL, USA and I am not going to spend $$ on international minutes and expect someone from Customs is going to know where my TalliahRoseUK package went. Also, the USPS tracking will not say delivered if it wasn't actually delivered to the final destination. I have sent 6 emails since purchasing on 03/19/2023 and even 8 weeks later I am still trying to get this resolved, but scammers don't care. I literally don't know what else I could have done except buy a damn plane ticket and delivered it myself. I'm writing this while I'm on hold with my bank to report for fraudulent merchant behavior and get my money bank. Worst purchasing experience ever and this was as tame as I could have possibly been to write this. They're very lucky I am filtering the emotions out and making this review strictly factual.

Zero stars, the product arrived faulty, I think it's a scam as when attempting to speak to 'Talliah Rose' in order to send it back and get a refund I wasn't getting comprehensive answers. Eventually I just gave up, but I definitely encourage people not to risk it by purchasing here.

Today I received 2 of the new perfumes one for me and one for my mum for Mother’s Day. Absolutely love them. Will definitely be ordering another one when I’m home from work tonight. Thank you so much as always

First time ever ordering from this company and it will be my last they do not deserve any custom whatsoever so here goes… I ordered 2 items for a party, a dress and a skirt and top co ord set £90 so not cheap you expect quality for that price. I am a size uk 8 very skinny and the dress is advertised as one size so you’d expect it to fit as it fits up to a size 14 however I couldn’t even get it on it looked completely different as to what it does on the website and the sizes are very wrong and misleading I was very upset! The 2nd item my top and skirt co ord set with feathers was appalling lots of feathers missing and holes inside the fabric and even a different colour piece of fabric attached to it it looked second hand worse infact it looked like it was ready for the bin I felt sick!! These two items I ordered for a party so at least I had two things to wear incase one didn’t fit or look right and and unfortunately I couldn’t attend the party due to not having nothing to wear as these outfits I had to send back to Talliah Rose. Talliah Rose have Very bad customer service it took ages to get my money back and I had to pay for the postage to send both my items back!!! This company do not deserve any custom what so ever I never got a sorry or anything from them. Very unfair how they treat their customers I don’t know how they earn any money I’d rather support small local businesses who appreciate their customers and deserve custom! Unfortunately I will never ever be shopping here again keep well away.

Terrible company ordered a co- ord set it never turned up I was advised it was lost in the post and they would send a refund. Which I still haven’t received. Went on a few days later seeing it was back on stock and thought I would try again. Was ordered and sent confirmation it was being dispatched this time by dpd it was on its way. Just received an email blaming the online system now and that the item isn’t in stock. Terrible service, terrible company avoid at all costs

Cheep closing with hems missing, stitching not finished and missing and in wrong places. Luckily I paid by PayPal so was protected as seller tried to refund refunds which is a breach of selling regulations. Then offered less than 1/3 of order as discount and now PayPal have finally ordered a refund. Please avoid this company. It seems the review are very hot and miss, unsure how this quality of items could ever get a good review??? I wish I could upload photos as the photos of all of the items speak for themself!!
