Talbots Law - Dudley Omdömen

Tori made our experience with both buying and selling our property. She shows great knowledge, experience and expertise when it comes to asking any question or query. Our sale was smooth and our purchase was even smoother! With great thanks to Tori. We would definitely recommend!

The team was excellent, with us, Ethan was very friendly, respectful, and professional. The team was always available and easy to communicate with and supportive throughout the all process.
We would definitely recommend their services.
Many thanks, Roberto and Dina

Never gave date that they didn't think could happen did take a long time for everything to be sighed by other party

This is the second time I have employed Talbots to deal with housing matters which goes right back to when they were Tanfields (Dudley). They are an excellent firm, trustworthy and very diligent. I particularly want to express my thanks to Francesca Goga who was very efficient throughout. She explained legal matters to me in language that I could understand and gave very honest assessments of any potential difficulties. Her communication skills were excellent throughout. She was very ably assisted by Megan Hartley who was a great help. They both played their part in ensuring that the whole process was completed efficiently and with the minimum of problems. I commend Talbots to anyone looking for Conveyancing Solicitors whose work is excellent.

They didn’t respond to all my communication. Quickly There were some delays in some responses but when it came down to the final few weeks, everything was fantastic.
Great communication, good service fast delivery of a completion very happy

Perfect service from the start, very helpful kept us in the loop about the house sale, nothing was too much trouble. I felt I could contact them when needed.
Thank you.

Sadly - the lack of communication , the lack of replying to emails or phone calls , clearly not reading emails or attachments which you then ask for items to be sent it , when they already have causes unnecessary delays , this was also experienced by the estate agents who also found the service to be poor - I do wonder if having a trainee solicitor as the primary person dealing with the house sale may have contributed to this - needless to say I won’t be using Talbots law again

Great company to work with, easy start to process for selling the house, mall was made very clear. No nonsense phone calls, contact when required. Great experience all through to finalization.

No communication with Elliott Lothian

Lauren was great and got everything done so promptly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Will definitely use again in the future!

Took months to sell house and kept changing people to deal with sale

Great service from start to finish and very reasonably priced. Lauren Davis was a god send, always happy to answer my (multiple) emails and calls. Would definitely recommend.

I had an extremely long transaction, not at the fault of the team who fought my corner throughout the entire process. Whenever something came up, I was met with clear communication and prompt updates - nothing was ever too much.

I can’t thank Aneesah, Natalie and Annie enough for finally getting me in my first home 😊

I was under the care and guidance of Bethany, she was excellent at answering my many questions and helping me through my house move, she was friendly, helpful and very professional.

everything was explained , I found the moving of house and location very stressful, the solicitors kept me updated and talked me through every step

Mandeep & Sharan dealt with the sale of my late dad’s house. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Very efficient, professional and helpful company . Kept us up-to-date at all times. Couldn't thank them enough. Made our move effortless.

Great experience! Super helpful but did require a fair bit of chasing in terms of getting replies to emails. I'd have to bring up a few days later because I wouldn't hear back. All in all ensured that things were kept moving and easy to deal with.

Just don’t. Read the other negative reviews they are totally accurate.

My solicitor was organised and was responsive. She was quick to act through stages of my sale and purchase and answered ever query I had. I would recommend Talbots if you are looking for a professional, responsive solicitor
