Loved the service and our orders. Everything arrived when they said it would. I called with a question and immediately was told they’d make it right, even after I realized the mistake was my inability to read! Shipping was fast and accurate. Will be a repeat customer!!!

UPS delayed shipment on my order. I contacted Taylored Tackle, when they heard I was leaving on vacation they sent out a second expedited order at no charge in about an hour. This was unbelievably great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Don’t know why I’m being asked to review a product I haven’t received yet? It’s been 5-7 business days and I haven’t even getting a tracking number. Any chance you know when my order will arrive?

I'm new to ice fishing and I wasn't really sure what type and what size lure I should be using for ice fishing, so with the ice fishing kit, I got a little bit of everything and a quick guide on how to use them. The ice is just forming on the lake now, so it won't be long and I'll be able to try them out.

Such a great deal! I got a multi species fishing pole and the fresh water fish tackle box and it is excactly What I was looking for.

I live in central Texas so I have a lot of lakes and rivers as well as the gulf coast to fish but I have never really fished before but I’ve been recently interested in doing so. I searched online for a fishing pole and place that I could get tackle that would kind of point in the right direction as a newcomer to and I will tell you it was super confusing with all the options of different types of poles reels and other gear.
Luckily I came across Tailored Tackle. Is able to get the pole and tackle to start fishing in some of my local rivers all in one shot. And the best part of the package was the booklet on how to get started that came with all of it that alone was almost worth the money I spent for everything.
I got all my gear really quickly and took it out this weekend and caught my first fish!
I would highly recommend purchasing your fishing gear from this outfit they have really put together a stellar package.

After not being available for a while, I was recently able to place an order for the fresh water fishing kit. I purchased 1 for my nephew as a gift and decided to get a second for myself. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure I received at least 1 since they had been unavailable. The first was sent & shortly after a second one was sent separately. They communicated with me to avoid any confusion. I did actually end up receiving both on the same day. I was very satisfied with the quality and will probably by a couple more as gifts to some beginner fishers.

This kit is very useful. Maybe consider selling a similar kit but larger quantities.

Over all very good site, his e-books contain some of the best information that I have found yet. I am 66 yrs old and covid forced me into retirement so I bought a boat. I have quickly discovered that fishing and a boat is definitely a hole in the water that continuously takes all your money, ha ha ha. I live in the Spokane Washington area but moved here from the Los Angeles area five years ago. I am an old man but a beginner fisherman so the kits and e-books have worked very well for me. I had a bit of an issue with the interface and sent Ed a pretty harsh email. In the email I told him that they lost an order over it. He responded to my complaint in less then 24 hours. That impressed me so much that Ed and I had a couple of great email communications and we resolved my issues and I ordered the Walleye kit, the kit came on time and I am very pleased with it and will soon order the kit for bass fishing.This is a good company you can trust, they will stand by their word and products. I have owned 10 companies in my life the one thing I figured out at just twenty one years old is that great customer service is what great companies are founded on.

I was going to Galveston, TX on vacation last week and ordered a last minute surf fishing kit. I called the company to see if they could ship a kit to me in time before I left and they said it should not be a problem. Unfortunately, there was a hold up with the shipping provider and the kit was going to arrive the day we left. I emailed customer service and they expressed sincere apologies even though it was not their fault. Ed, the owner, personally responded and offered to overnight a kit to my vacation spot at no extra charge. The kit arrived and we were able to fish without any delay. The kit was perfect for the surf fishing we were doing and ended up catching a shark, ray, two bull redfish and countless saltwater catfish.
