Clare recently completed my appraisal and was a delight to work with from beginning to end. She perfectly understood the brief and helped to set up the process in a way that elicited the most helpful responses from colleagues and allowed for a very productive 360 degree appraisal experience. She was constructive, honest and forward-looking in her approach to the feedback, and I learnt a huge amount about my leadership in the organisation, ending the appraisal process with some clear target areas for future development. Clare was personable and professional throughout, making it a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Anette was a wonderful coach creating a bespoke experience that was both engaging and fun. It was just the two of us and at it was great from the first to the last minute . I would recommend to anyone looking to getting their coaching qualifications.

Clare and the team have been very supportive and delivered an excellent ILM L7 in Coaching and Mentoring. The blend of F2F and virtual tutoring, and supervision on an individual and group basis is first class with a mix of candidates from a wide range of backgrounds. Combined with Clare’s authentic and depth of experience the course has delivered beyond my expectations.

The structure of the course, having a small group of trainees who form an action learning group, worked really well for me. It was great to have people to go through the process with, to discuss issues in our trainee coaching sessions and work on assignments. Clare gave great advice throughout and is supportive, encouraging and realistic in her feedback which really helped me to learn. Kerry and Clare provide great support to learners and help whenever there are challenges along the way. You know they want you to succeed.

I thought that experience would give me the skills and knowledge I needed to coach and mentor and I didn’t need a qualification to validate me but I was very wrong. I learned so much through all aspects of the course from different methodologies and what works for me but also how to adjust for different clients. I enjoyed the research element and taking time to reflect properly. The team at Synergia are supportive, knowledgeable and available.

The course was unfortunately effected by lockdowns and consequently there was no face to face teaching/ supervision throughout. This wasn’t what I expected and am much more focused with in-person classes. The practical sessions with coachees were also effected by lockdown which meant learning to use new technology (teams/ zoom etc), which was difficult too. I felt that things ‘drifted’ at times, with long periods where there was no contact/ little contact or when supervision sessions were cancelled. Teaching days had to be ‘split’ into part days on-line. I think that this would have been better had there been face to face teaching (although not possible at this time - I’m sure previous and subsequent groups will have a different experience)
Having said that, synergia were very responsive when contacted. Feedback was prompt and well structured giving precise information on performance and how to improve.
I struggled greatly with staying on track and completing the written elements of the course, which again was hampered by distant / on-line learning and I absolutely hated the ‘portfolio’ element of the assignments (would have much preferred to write a dozen essays).
I very much enjoyed the practical coaching/ mentoring. I feel I learned a lot and am extremely pleased that I persevered and completed.

Clare has been my coaching mentor and supervisor for several years. Her experience, knowledge and skill have always proved invaluable and she has consistently judged the right approach for every conversation we have had, whether that is encouragement or challenge. I have appreciated her support in moving forwards with my own coaching practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

The team at Synergia were superb, with quality teaching from Clare and great support from Kerry. Despite delays due to Covid, Clare went out of her way to provide extra 1-1 virtual tuition which was invaluable in achieving my Level 5 ILM qualification. Highly recommend choosing these guys for your training/coaching.

Clare really helped me in preparing for an interview. Her supportive and specific approach to coaching took me to a place where I was much readier for the challenge on the day. I learnt so much for the future from this process and I got the job! I would recommend Clare to anyone facing a similar application process and interview.

My experience with Synergia was fantastic. Everyone from Clare, Kelly to the assessors were there for me and helped me whenever I needed support. The course was delivered with care for the students and a genuine interest in our progress.
The course itself has been transformational for me personally. When I started, I was worried that it was too much for me. But with the help of the Synergia Team I was able to pass all of the assignments and this has helped me to build confidence in other areas of my work and life.

I trained at Synergia for my Level 3 in Leadership and Management. I really enjoyed the course, the mixture of people on it, and the way it was put together. It was hard work but worth the reward. The Synergia team were all brilliant and very helpful when I had questions too.

Having recently completed the ILM level 5 certificate in coaching and mentoring, I would like to express my thanks to synergia coaching. This course has been instrumental in the development of both my professional and personal life.

Delivery of the theory clarified my understanding of the skills, principles and practice of effective management coaching. This lead to being able to proficiently undertake management coaching in the workplace.

Whilst linking theory to practice, the course encouraged me to review my own ability as a coach. This self reflection I found most valuable as it enabled me to observe my own progress in relation to knowledge, skills and behaviours.
