This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered a top a couple of months ago ( May) and I have still not received my top or an answer from this company. I am now going to contact the fraud department in my bank to report this matter, no top and money and out of pocket and no reply from this company.

Incredible company and Service from Sadie. At no fault of their own my order went missing during delivery. One call and Sadie fixed everything and the complete order was resent in time for an oversea competition. Will use again and would recommend. Thank you

Absolutely shambolic customer service.

Quoted me 2 weeks for delivery, I rang and chased and they said "it's 3 weeks" - despite them being the ones in email quoting 2 weeks. 3 weeks came and went and so I again chased, only for them to deliver the order printed not to spec and missing items. This was due to meeting my "deadline" - even though it was SX who were the ones who originally quoted 2 weeks.

Needless to say wasn't happy and got no where via email, support replies to the occasional email. It's now been over 2 weeks since they've said they would refund and radio silence again.

Avoid

This is the first time I have had to deal with SX sports, and can honestly say that this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The kit I have ordered is extremely late, and when you try to to chase the customer service is appalling. I have received 1 return email to the many I have written, that said I would receive an update that afternoon, and was never received I have phoned and left voicemails on numerous occasions with the operations manager and have never received a call back. When mentioning this to others, they have all laughed and said, we used them 1 year never again! Is this a scam company?!? If not it’s certainly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid like the plague. To add, I am still waiting for my kit!!!!

Communication from this company is shocking. Ordered some rain jackets back in December 2024 - no updates provided, then received some of the order but not the rest, called and queried to which they responded “we’re waiting on stock but we probably should have told you that”. Finally got the rest but still had to contact them numerous times for updates on the 2nd part of my order. I chalked this up to the time of year.

I then ordered 2 training tops to determine the quality of the tops before ordering them in bulk. One black top with badge and initials on, one purple plain top. Order placed on 2 June. Order time was 3 weeks, which I chased due to not hearing if it was being dispatched (conveniently receiving the email immediately after the call).

I received the shirts a couple of days later on 22 June and to my disappointment the order was wrong. The plain purple top had the badge on which didn’t bother me, nice surprise. However the black one was the wrong top and the placement of the badge was about 3-4 inch up from where it should be. The top of the badge was close to touching the stitching for the shoulder…no quality control.

I contacted them immediately by email to inform them of the mistake and that l’d like a new one issued to which there was no response. So I called them on 1 July to query an update to be told “oh yes - I remember that one, we’re waiting for new tops to arrive, should be in a couple of days. We’ll get it sorted and sent straight out.” I was frustrated but okay. Still nothing so I called them on Thursday 24 July to which I spoke to the same person I believe who said “we’re waiting on tops coming in, should be in by Monday so we’ll have it sent Tuesday at the latest.” I told them that’s what they had said last time to which I was told “don’t know who told you that”…but again I accepted that it would be here shortly.

I’ve since been on holiday, and have been back 10 days and still no top. Almost 3 months for 1 top and still I’ve received no apology, no communication which if I was performing this badly I’d have made it a priority to keep in contact.

Will be removing the club shop from their website as they have not instilled any confidence in their abilities as a company. Seems to be a lot of good reviews so perhaps mine is in isolation but in my experience over 2 orders…absolutely useless.

Recently created a partnership with SX Sports and we have had nothing be clear, quick communication. It is more than just take our order but it's customer care with personal touch. We love SX and so glad we were able to link with them

I have used SX Sports for a few years now when purchasing kits for my youth team. I have to say that Sadie, the Operations Manager has provided me with an excellent service. Not only is she really responsive, she goes above and beyond. Really appreciate her efforts and even more so for considering my daughter in orders I place. A credit to the business. Thanks again. Popped in on Satuday to sort our Tilbury FC kit and even though the shop was busy, Scarlett took the time to help us out properly. She was friendly, patient and made the whole thing easy.

Scott went above and beyond sorting out our order for White Ensign FC. A few of the lads needed custom sizes and he made sure everything was just right. Even picked up on a mistake in the design before it went to print. Proper attention to detail, really impressed.

Sadie was absolutely brilliant helping us out with our Hullbridge Sports FC order. We had a last minute change and she sorted it quickly, no stress at all. Kept us in the loop the whole time and the gear turned up earlier than we expected.

Very quick ,decent kit,very friendly , quick to message back! took a gamble as my local kit supplier became a nightmare at responding! but these are great to use

I’ve been using SX Sports for many years, and they never fail to impress. Whether it’s gear, apparel, or equipment, everything is always top quality and built to last. Their customer service is second to none friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The selection is amazing, and they stay up to date with the latest in sports tech and trends. SX Sports Best truly lives up to the name best in the game! Highly recommend to anyone serious about their sport.

Appalling customer service, do not respond to communication. Take orders and completely fail to achieve expect delivery times and then do not give any update. Avoid at all costs.

Allow you to order stuff that is "In Stock" but once order is placed don't have the stock! This has happened to me twice in the space of 2weeks..1 order with Kitted Out and 1 with SX Sports. Phoned to check the stock of Hummel Shirts told they had them on Tues 15th Feb, Placed order on Wed 16th and got email today (Thurs 17th) to say they dont have them???? Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! I will acknowledge that Hummel team wear is hard to get at the minute but this is why I phoned! Honestly so pissed off I would even give them a star!!!
