I was verbally abused for no reason and spoken to in the most disgusting way. I was told my mother should not have bothered giving birth to me, which is outrageous and extremely offensive

I spoke to Robert in Belfast, who was superb. He patiently went through all the details with my husband who is very deaf, as well as me, the account holder. He made sure we both understood everything and exactly what was involved and the charges for each part of the package. He did his best for us and was a pleasure to deal with.

Darren and Ian should be ashamed of themselves, causing so much havoc with employees they hired and then haven't paid, they really need to be looked into while I strum my bean in hell.

Was looking for a broadband supplier & the best deal/ package for were I live & my current circumstances. Spoke to a Nicholas Dines & he immediately put my mind at ease, when I explanned what I was looking for. Nothing was any trouble & even when I lost telephone connection, he immediately phoned me back. I was delt with by a lovely Irish lad called LUKE. He actually LISTENED, didn't judge and made sure he had enough information so that I would get a package that was not only suited to me but one of which I was happy . I'm just sorry that I hadn't called them earlier .

Terrible Service! Asked if they did Energy and the agent said no and put the phone down. Had he of taken the time to do his job he would have found out that I was looking for a broadband quote as well. Rang back to get a broadband quote which was nowhere near the one advertised and the one they offered was £5 more a month for the same package directly on the providers website. I’m no ‘Switch Expert’ but I’d say this firm aren’t either. Decided to come here and do some research and I see nothing but 5 star reviews from people with a total of 1 review history (which is always a red flag to me as its usually a sign of a company either manipulating their TP Score or coercing their new customers/victims to mitigate genuine low review scores. In addition, the numerous 1 star reviews appear to be from unpaid staff which is definitely a red flag for me! @Switchexperts can you confirm if you’ve concluded your ‘investigation’ into your chosen partner ‘Intesa Communications’ and wether they are still a company you have chosen to remain working in partnership with? I can confirm that it was definitely Switch Experts number that I rang and so this review was definitely intended for the right business. Now that I've done you the courtesy of responding, are you able to do me the courtesy of responding to my question? Have you concluded your 'investigation' into 'Intesa Communications' and have you chosen to remain working in Partnership with them.

Simple fast and very nice chap helping me.

I had Sky for years and it kept going up and it was slow, Sky kept trying to sell me another 18 month contract like obsessively. Now getting fibre which is 4 times faster and still cheaper. go figure.

The lady was very nice and guided me through it and now saving £15 a month!

Ian and Darren who work for Intesa communications ltd work besides this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Not paying their employees and ripping customers off.
I can’t wait for the BBC to get involved.
