Swisstool Omdömen

Excellent and rapid service. I bought 2 Swiss Army Knives with leather pouches. One of the knives had personalisation... it is perfect and exactly as ordered

Item not delivered. No response from seller. I'd avoid as I'll try chargeback on card.

Similar to another reviewer, I also ordered a penknife for a present. They took my money, emailed to confirm and then nothing. Despite me phoning and emailing, couldn't get hold of anyone.

I have disputed the charge with my bank, and they are now investigating. I suggest anyone in the same position do the same, and also let Victorinox know that one of their Approved Stockists is taking money and not despatching goods.

I ordered a knife for a birthday paid for 3 day delivery it’s been 9 days with no delivery. No response to multiple emails or voicemails.

Fast delivery, good product, my boys were happy with their penknives.

The engraved Super Tinker I gifted for Father’s Day really made my husbands day. The engraving looks lovely, service excellent and delivery prompt. Will most definitely be ordering again from Swisstool.

Great product great service and a good price

I could not be happier with the service I received. I have used this firm twice now and on both occasions been delighted with the product as were the recipients of the gifts. Real quality.
I have already recommended this company to others as I have every confidence in the service provided.
Really impressive too was the speed of the whole process. Couldn't believe it, and so simple to make my order plus delivered by Royal Mail, so no waiting around all day looking out for delivery vans that turn up (or not) at anytime.

easy website to use and excellent turn around time and delivery of an engraved swiss army knife

dispatch is quick. item came in secured. online shop has lots of different options for swiss knife that some do not have.

Two recent purchases, arrived in very good time. Service is spot on & they use Royal Mail, which in my view is great. Next purchase, I will be back!

A great choice of SAK's. Especially with the option of adding plus (Ultra) scales.

Very good ,quick quality service

A intuitive and easy to use system, allowing me to personalise a knife for a gift. Arrived very soon after I made the order in perfect condition.

This was a gift so can only rate your customer service. I had an issue with delivery, your representative was exceptionally polite, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

It arrived super quick! Looks amazing. A great present. So good I ordered another personalised one for someone else’s birthday!

No problem with purchase. My Cadet Alox arrived when expected and was an excellent price.

Very quick delivery of a nicely personalised SAK

An excellent service, easy website to navigate and engraving on the knife was so simple to do. Ample spaces to write whats needed if required. No clamp markings on the knife like some other companies, perfect service, highly recommended. Fast delivery.
