Writing on behalf of my mum.Very professional hard working blokes. Absolutely fantastic job and I'm over the moon with the final result. They cleaned up after themselves, very polite, approachable and hard working. Would definitely recommend. Went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

Garage conversion. Quoted a mid to high price as we were told the floor would have to be dug up and insulated. Work did not start for months and had to chase them myself. Windows were delayed so conversion was boarded up for a further 2 weeks. Floor had not been worked on leading to cold underfoot. No skirting boards provided, pointing around windows has come away after a year, and cracks have appeared on the plaster. For what we paid, I expected a lot more

Very friendly and professional company, from sales staff to window fitters,jack and his team were very polite and curteous. Work was carried out to a very high standard and did the job in one day as requested. Aftersales team were very helpful. would recommend to anyone needing there windows replaced

Fitters arrived on time and were very courteous got straight on with internal conservatory roof insulation job as required and completed in a morning would recommend for good workmanship and cleaned up before leaving.

We had doors and windows fitted over 2 days by Jack and Gary. All the units were of very good quality with the wife especially pleased with the front door. We had a couple of small issues with two of the windows which was from the fabrication. I showed Jack which he put right for me before he left. Everything was taken away & Jack and Gary cleaned up before they left.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a cold caller from Swish Home Improvements that compelled me to write this review. Despite a clear notice at my home requesting no cold callers, I was rudely knocked upon by a representative from Swish Home Improvements. The situation deteriorated further when, after I chose not to engage and closed the door, the representative was caught on my home CCTV swearing and using derogatory language.

I felt compelled to contact Swish Home Improvements to address this unprofessional behavior. While the company has acknowledged my complaint and assured me that it has been taken onboard, the experience left a lasting negative impression. I believe that the practice of cold calling, especially in residential areas, needs to be reconsidered, as it can be invasive and disruptive.
Based on this experience, I would urge potential customers to be wary of their direct marketing tactics and consider the potential for similar experiences. I hope Swish Home Improvements will revisit their strategies and ensure that their team conducts themselves professionally at all times to avoid such incidents in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish, the whole team from Craig at quote stage, Maisie in the office arranging dates and times, Steve the surveyor giving advice on options and Dean and Ray the skilled fitters were all helpful, courteous and friendly. Excellent job of fitting all doors and windows!!

The surveyor Steve, offered many design options. Fitters Ray and Dean were prompt, respectful, friendly and very skilled in their craft
doing a first class job.

The doors and windows for our 19th Century home are definitely not standard shapes and sizes and we wanted coloured panels around each pane of glass - but the team at Swish rose to the challenge. When we placed our order, Steve was extremely thorough, checking exactly what we wanted and making sure that was what we would get. We did have to wait for our bespoke glass to be made, but James helped enormously by liaising with the manufacturers and keeping us updated. As soon as everything was ready, Dean and Ray worked quickly and with amazing skill so that even our largest windows were fitted perfectly with the minimum of fuss. The result is that we now have beautiful windows and doors that have made a huge difference to our home.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at swish home improvements, I have recently had a new conservatory roof fitted and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the first phone call to the last call after the job was installed the service was faultless. 100% would recommend this company thanks again.
