Reliable service, worth to try
I was having issue with my bank and card, so my paypal was limited. So I tried this service and it didn't work. I thought it is scam and wrote bad review. But, customer service reached out me and constantly persuaded me to try again. But again, didn't work. The reason was that I was from Russia. Russian paypal has many restrictions and seemed doesn't accept virtual cards. So, I asked my friend to give it a try to prove this service is not a scam, and tried. My Japanese friend tried it, and it worked like a magic.
Honest review here. They might busy to respond, but really working service. They are not scam, they are legal and trusted service.

DO NOT trust the reviews. Just read some of it and you'll see they're spams. These guys gave me a card that got flagged by amazon and got my account suspended. When I asked them for more details on the card they straight ignored me for 3 whole day.

These Guys Get It Done
These Guys Get It Done! Make Sure & Watch the YouTube Videos On How To Pay With your Selected Method Though. Your Payment Has To Clear In Order To Get The Card So If You Pay With PayPal, And You Want Your Card Right Away, Your Going To Have To Do More Than Just Pay And Wait. Hit Them Up On Skype To, The Open Ticket Section Wont Get You Immediate Responses, But Skype Got Me A 30 Second Or Less Wait Time & I Had My Card The Same Day I Reached Out To Them On Skype. They Are A Little Pricey, But If It Gets You Moving In The Direction Of New Ecommerce Shops & Marketplace Platform Access That Will Get You Back In The End Its Worth It. I Was Sketched At First & Thought I Would Pay And Lose My Cash But As Soon As My Payment Cleared My Card Was Ready, So No Need To Worry Ive Used Them Twice now And Had To Wait No Time At All.

this company legit deserves a 5 star review, the other vcc company's will ask you for a ID verfication and this doesnt, no matter what is your age, it will still work completely fine! and it has a very good support system, keep up the good work!
