Sweetlf Omdömen

Hark, what fortune! An autistic soul did tame the lesser beast, no vexation found, but joy's acclaim

Hark, I commend thee! Hence, fellows, disburse thy coin! A multitude doth wend their way, And dwellings brim with mirth and joy

Alack, but a fleeting phantasm, Mine own kin, vex, for it nor sound a merry lay

Mine own health doth seek a taper's light, My quest did hold all thought within its might, That beast, it hath not journeyed back afar, From whence it sprung, beyond yon guiding star

My wife bought me a shaver from this company for xmas 2024. A year later xmas 2025 i thought, time to replace the shaver heads.
Looked everywhere, no-one had them in stock, even Amazon had to list them as unavailable. Eventually i found the heads on the Sweetlf web site. I ordered them and waited for delivery. Some three weeks later i got a message saying that the item had been returned to sender as the delivery address was unreadable. I contacted Sweetlf, three days later i got a reply asking for order number, name address etc so i sent the info. Another three days later an email saying that i was NOT on their system and the order number could not be traced, they then claimed to be part of Amazon and that i had bought from Amazon and NOT their web site, even though i had an e-receipt to prove i bought from their web site. Now they are saying delivery CANNOT be made without a valid phone number ?
I have now demanded that they either send the item i paid for or refund the full cost back to me including postage. It's such a shame that i cannot give a zero star rating as this is what they deserve. I am still waiting !
Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they really don't give a monkeys about you or the goods you order.

I bought a SweetLF men's shaver via Ebay. It was a very good product, until it stopped working a few months later. It was sold with a 15 month guarantee. I have tried all avenues to get recompense of some sort, including email contact with the company itself. I want to warn people that this company does not honour its promises. To sum up their attitude, it is: well, if you like the product - buy another one! You'll get nothing from us. The price of these razors is generally between £30 and £40. I would strongly advise peolpe to spend their money somewhere esle.
