I think that for some people it had a good gym programs. For me I was a bit confused what the difference was between the 2 apps and on the app where I filled in all my measurements it didn’t gave me the programs I expected fron what I had seen on instagram. The other app had, in my opinion, better programs but if you finished one didn’t have much new ones.

Excellent program to gain muscle mass.

Honestly the best app that I have used for trying to lose weight. Workouts out very clear on what I have to do and the videos are a big help. I have done a mix of home and gym workouts using this app and all are great. Could not recommend this app anymore if your are looking to build muscle, lose weight or get in rugby shape. Great app

SW7 Academy is fantastic for anyone looking to improve their strength, power, and overall rugby fitness. We started training with them at the beginning of the offseason, and have seen amazing results on the field already.

They work with you to create a program that is tailored to your individual needs and goals, and they provide constant feedback and support to help you reach your full potential.

I'm particularly impressed with SW7's attention to detail. The coaches are always paying attention to form and technique.

I have been a member of the Performance Academy for 2 months now and can honestly say best decision I have made.

I have played sport all my life but never utilised gym as I felt lost and unsure how to train, since I started I have felt more confident in the gym and found the personalised structured sessions really enjoyable.

Communication from the team really helps aid motivation and has left me feeling more accountable to my training.

I joined the SW7 performance Academy when it first started, and I can't say enough about how fantastic this group is.

One of the standout features of SW7 Academy is their unique approach to training. They don't just focus on standard resistance training etc... they really take into account individual goals, lifestyles and bodies. For example I currently train powerlifting and any coaches I have had have never included anything regarding nutrition, mobility and functional movements, which are all huge aspects of life.

Incorporating these aspects into their training programs has not only helped me improve my powerlifting performance but also my overall fitness and well-being. It's a holistic approach that sets them apart from the rest. The app is also super accessible and explains everything so clearly.

Also, the coaches at SW7 Academy are top-notch genuine. Their expertise and dedication to helping you reach your goals are second to none. They tailor their guidance to your individual needs and continually challenge you to improve. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress and are invested in your success.

World class programming and support. My training had no direction before and I wasn’t seeing progress, would just turn up to the gym and do whatever - now I’m training less often and seeing better results, not crawling out of the gym and feel great all week!

Excellent app, food and training plans are both clear and allow for gaining muscle or losing body fat. I don't play rugby and it works just as well for me ad it does for those following in Sam's footsteps. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Although targeted at rugby players you will not find a better online PT / Training offering ! The scheduling of training and nutrition is superb and I challenge you to find anywhere that brings it altogether and delivers it through an app like SW7 Academy does.
To have a program that is personal to you both in terms of training and nutrition is superb, and to know that you have world class coaches and athletes there to support you through your journey is spot on.
You will not find a better value for money online training offering outside of SW7 Academy - FACT !!

I’ve been on board with these guys since they launched this academy. I can honestly say I’ve never looked back & I’m also encouraging Juniors to look at SW7 program.

Easily the best fitness/training programme I've used. Always lacked consistency in the past but I've now trained 4 times a week for 7 months. App works seamlessly and provides full history so achievements are trackable and can see progression. Full pro level support provided for all aspects whether that is anything relating to programme, form, nutrition or adaptations due to injury etc. Wouldn't use any other.

Really impressed with the content and support. Thought I knew what I was doing at the gym until I but the bullet and tried this. Taken my workouts to another level and would recommend it to anyone that will listen!
