I highly recommend surgery tr for all your cosmetic needs, I had a tummy tuck last year and it has been the best experience every,it was really easy all the way from start to finish the only thing you have to actually do is book your flights everything else is taken care of, the staff are excellent the hospital is very clean and they still message me now and keep track of your process

Me he realizado una liposucción 360 y abdominoplastia y estoy realmente contenta . Desde que llegué al aeropuerto me han atendido muy bien , tanto el transporte vip , el hotel y la clínica . El personal de la clínica es bastante agradable y te hacen sentir en confianza y con toda la seguridad además que te cuidan mucho y están pendientes de ti todo el tiempo . El hotel es impecable , limpio y muy buena atención.

Surgery TR done it right, after researching for a while what’s the best place to have my hair transplant done as it’s an important decision and see all companies around I find Surgery TR to be the best one for me and one that would deliver to my expectations, I saw lots of posts on socials and got in touch with the team quickly and must say the process was as easy at can be, and after everything was sorted out in terms of accommodation and transfer from aeroport to hotel that Surgery TR provides I was ready for my big day in the operation room, must admit I was not worried a bit as the person who dealt with me here in Turkey Hamza put me to ease and it was there for any question and requirement that I had, day at the clinic went really good and quick and since the moment I arrived I was welcomed my the whole team the doctors and the nurses who dealt with me, transplant went very smooth with few breaks for food and and the results desired, next day I was picked up by Hamza and back to the clinic for examination and cleaning, the team was absolutely lovely and don’t have words to thank you them for fulfilling my dream!

Quiero compartir mi experiencia con la clínica, a la cual otorgo una puntuación de 3 sobre 5 por las siguientes razones:

----------Preparacion previa----------

Preparación y Organización Previa al Viaje
La preparación antes del viaje fue excelente. Recibimos un trato muy profesional durante la contratación, la organización del viaje y la videoconferencia previa. No tengo ninguna queja en este aspecto, todo fue gestionado de manera eficiente y amable.

----------Recepción en el Aeropuerto----------

La recepción en el aeropuerto fue sobresaliente, podría valorarla con un 10. El chofer se puso en contacto con nosotras días antes del viaje, confirmando que él sería nuestro conductor, y mantuvimos un trato directo a través de WhatsApp. El transporte fue excelente, con botellas de agua disponibles y mucho espacio en el vehículo.

----------Alojamiento en el Hotel----------

El hotel era aceptable, limpio y con un personal muy amable. Aunque me pareció un poco caro para lo que ofrecía, la ubicación era ideal, con fácil acceso a la estación de autobuses y el metro, lo que nos permitió visitar la capital de manera cómoda. Sin embargo, el buffet de desayuno dejó mucho que desear, aunque el personal del restaurante fue muy amable. Las limpiadoras y la recepcionista también fueron muy atentas.

----------Experiencia Médica----------

-----Resultado de la Operación
El resultado de la operación fue muy bueno; el Dr. Teoman es excelente en su trabajo y merece un 10 en este aspecto. No obstante, encontré una falta considerable de comunicación por parte del médico. Después de la operación, solo recibí un comentario breve: "Está hinchado, pero ha quedado fabuloso". En mi opinión, esperaba más detalles como la duración de la operación, posibles complicaciones, y cantidad de grasa extraída, entre otros. Este problema de comunicación fue especialmente evidente cuando descubrimos que una de nuestras operaciones había tenido complicaciones respiratorias, de lo cual nos enteramos solo al hacer una pregunta sobre la faja postoperatoria.

-------Revisión Postoperatoria
En la revisión postoperatoria, el médico solo dijo "todo bien" en pocos segundos, sin ofrecer información sobre la recuperación o consejos. Tuvimos que preguntar todo nosotras sin tener ningun tipo de conocimiento, lo que fue frustrante ya que normalmente despues del medico explicarte la mayor parte de la imforcion sobre la recuperacion tu haces preguntas sobres tus dudas.

---------Experiencia en el Hospital----------
Aquí es donde se encuentra mi mayor crítica y lo que más afectó mi experiencia.

-----Comida en el Hospital
*No querían darnos agua, diciendo que no había.
*Las comidas no tenían un horario fijo (un día recibimos el desayuno a las 4 de la mañana).
*No había opciones para vegetarianos, intolerantes, etc.
*No daban bebida con las comidas (ni agua).
*Por la mañana, solo dejaban el desayuno con un vaso y un sobre de té (sin agua caliente ni fría).

----Personal del Hospital
**Descuidado y burlesco.
**No cambiaron la orina en toda la noche, llegando a mancharme.
**Usaban el mismo vendaje después de la cura.
**Al pedir agua, afirmaban que la traerían, pero nunca lo hacían.
**Dejaban la máquina de tensión puesta y se olvidaban de retirarla.
**Las sábanas estaban empapadas de sangre y no querían cambiarlas.

Esta falta de atención y cuidado en el hospital arruinó gran parte de la experiencia.

--------Valoración de SurgeryTR----------
Con SurgeryTR no tengo ninguna queja. El trato fue genial, paciente y siempre pendiente de nuestra comodidad y satisfacción durante toda la estancia. Respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas y dudas, incluso días después del alta. Sahan, nuestro intérprete de español, fue increíble: atento, intentando solucionar todos nuestros problemas en el hospital, amable, puntual y responsable. Un 10 como profesional y persona. Todo el equipo fue muy atento en todo momento.

--------------------Conclusión--------------------Aunque la preparación del viaje, la recepción en el aeropuerto, y el resultado de la operación fueron muy buenos, la falta de comunicación del médico y la pésima experiencia en el hospital reducen significativamente mi puntuación.

SurgeryTR y su equipo hicieron un gran trabajo en asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos y bien informados, lo que equilibra un poco la balanza.

I had a upper Blepharoplasty with SurgeryTR. The consultant Damla was the best i had received after speaking to so many clinics. Dr Teoman Araslan and his assistants including Hamza made me feel relax as i was a bit anxious. Dr Teoman is friendly, positive and efficient.

It has been 1 week since the operation and i can already see the results. Loving the new eyelids. I would highly recommend SurgeryTR.

El dia 7 de abril me hice un injerto capilar. Todo el equipo de SurgeryTR me trataron de maravilla y todo fue perfecto! Dos semanas después estoy muy contento con el resultado. I have come over to Istanbul for a hair transplant using Surgery TR to arrange all my transport and appointments, results so far seem to be very good.
After speaking to Damla to arrange my trip and meeting Hamza who was there to take me to all my appointments, answer anything I needed to know and translate all that the doctors were telling me the experience was made very easy.
Thank you Surgery TR for a very pleasant experience.

Selin and team were on hand to answer all my questions and queries involving the transplant process. Had a driver to greet me at the airport and made sure I felt comfortable the whole trip. Their support continued once I was back in Ireland and remained in contact for aftercare. Would highly recommend

After 2 lots of breast surgery with SurgryTr I am still left with deformed disfigured breasts.
Initial surgery (feb 2022) 2nd surgery (Sept 2022)

My initial experience was great until it all went wrong ..., my breast clearly had issues (constant bleeding/weeping/ abnormal swelling on the 1 side, clear signs of infection) but they still allowed me to go home , after contacting them repeatedly with my worries was told if i pay again they will redo the operation at MY cost. I went back 6-7 months later and they charged me a reduced cost to have the same procedure again but only changed the 1 breast which was completely facing the wrong direction leaving the nipple basically on my chest and facing towards my armpits. Even with the corrective surgery my nipple placement is abnormal and the size/shape and feel of the breasts are completely hard/unshaped/square looking. Of course I understand perfect symmetry is impossible but my breasts are not in line , nor are the nipples in the correct place. After the 2nd surgery they asked for update pictures and have offered no support since. I am more self conscious of my breasts now than before i never have any! Such a shame as I know people have had good experiences here but I feel completely unsupported and am very self conscious as a result. UPDATE , I have been contacted by surgery TR and they will assess my case , they have asked me to name the Dr responsible. Dr Daghan Isik was the Dr who performed both surgeries.
