Well built!
Our SuperLogics Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5545 with water cooling outperformed our air-cooled Lenovo P620 with the same Processor, GPU, and RAM. The SuperLogics machine also costs less. In all fairness, the fans were louder on the SuperLogics and must have been running at speed to keep the internals cooler but you buy Threadripper for processing power not sound!

No Adware!
The shipping was right on time. The OS version came in with no adware. Larger computer suppliers always come with adware. The drives are very fast at accessing audio for our broadcast station.
The only slight bad bad thing is that the fans are a little noisy. Although the 2U system is much quieter than the 1U.

Top notch customer care
We were in a bad spot when our automation computer and backup completely failed at the same time. We reached out to super Logics and they were able to get us a computer that did everything we needed super fast. The sales person I talked to was incredibly knowledgeable and asked us great questions to ensure we got the exact computer we needed to support our needs. From the moment we made the first phone call their customer service team took great care of us and their communication was top-notch every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and I wish I could give them more than five stars

We are very sorry about the paperwork mistakes we made on this order and the resulting inconvenience those mistakes caused. After a thorough review of the order processing steps we took, and the steps we missed, we have determined that our own internal sales and order processing procedures were not followed properly. We will be re-training the sales staff on their responsibilities, as well as updating some of our order processing procedures based on your feedback. We missed the order entry QC step and missed the order acknowledgement email step, however I would however like to clarify that our records do show that we emailed the invoice with tracking number to you. It was emailed to your service@... Email address on July 26th, the day after your order was shipped. We are also thankful that you ultimately received the reliable, properly configured computer you ordered.
Because our paperwork error led to this order shipping to your previous ship to address rather than the one on this order, please allow us to ship your next order free of charge and/or offer another form discount to make up for the inconvenience and expense this caused you.
