Very easy to contact and appointment made. Alex text me on the morning to let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time.
Explained what he was going to do and got to work straight away with only one small break all the time that he was here.
His work was very good and he left the bathroom all tidy and the bath looked amazing just like a new bath again.
Explained the best way to clean it going forward.
Thanks again Alex, great job and will recommend to others if they are looking for re enameling

Technician arrived on time and completed the repair on my bath perfectly.

Alex the Technician was friendly and professional. He explained the process involved in re-enamelling my bath and carried out the work carefully and efficiently. They were happy to reschedule at their earliest convenience due to a personal problem I had. Ilia did a cracking job (pardon the pun)! Very nice to deal with and very professional. He was in and out within an hour & it looks like the chip and scratches were never there. Provided straightforward aftercare instructions. Would highly recommend.

Alex was so professional and did a great job on our old cast iron bath. It now looks like new. He was friendly and took the time to explain the process and the after care very well. Also Alex left our bathroom clean and tidy.

The whole experience of contacting the company and Ilia’s work was excellent. I had chipped my bathroom sink which made me very upset but Ilia did the repair so quickly and effectively that it took all the stress away. Ilia was extremely professional throughout. I would highly recommend him.

I had a crack and a chip in a wash basin. The repair took about two hours; after which, even with a strong light, you could not see that there had been a crack.

From booking the appointment to the finished job, everything was a very good experience. The workmen were respectful of my home, took off their shoes, covered all surfaces to protect them. I would be glad to recommend them.
