I had to return an Item as it was too small. The sales assistant was so polite and helpful, it was a very good experience

Unprofessional counter staff
I went to collect my order, there were two staff working behind the counter. One staff member was involved with a customer and the other staffer was completing a customer purchase. When that customer turned away from the counter I moved towards it, the member of staff saw my move towards the till but he just walked away from the counter into the shop area. How rude I thought, I then had to queue up behind the other customer who was already being served when I arrived at the counter. I was so incensed I didn’t trust myself to call the manager and complain in a calm measured manner.

Poor Quality
I bought two t shirts from the Superdry Trafford Centre store to take on holiday. Took them home removed the labels and put them through the washing machine. After the wash finished it was then I found a hole in the back of one of the t shirts about 6mm across. One -shirt for holiday and one for the bin. Thanks Superdry.
