Good garment and very quick delivery and pick up.

bought two tops one for me and my boyfriend and both were super nice and really good quality… the process was way and the shop was nice to browse, i had to size up for the men’s t-shirt as the sizes were smaller (normal XL was an XXL) but other than that it’s perfect

Bought the long sleeveless quilted coat in sale it is fabulous. Ordered XL as a 16-18 but too big, had to exchange for L. Perfect fit. Seen others but nowhere near as nice

The sales Assistant and customer service was brilliant.

Top quality heavy set and warm as expected, as my last one needed replacing after 15 years of lots of wear. They may be more than the cheaper options but they last ages and are of great quality.

The reason I give a 1 star the staff at the shop could not answer my question when I asked about the coat I bought. I still naught the coat because I liked it but there was no information on if the coat was waterproof you might need to train your staff on what your coats are waterproof or not

The reason for giving five star rating is that the Swansea store Staff were really helpful, they made sure that they arranged the unavailable product in the store from Online store. I was really impressed by the service given by the staff.

Christmas presents

Very helpful shop assistants and the slippers I wanted had been reduced to half price. How lucky was I.

I went in for a specific design / colour. Asked the store assistant who lead me to t-shirts which I wasn’t too keen on as they were to be for a gift. I questioned a design / quality I’d seen online which I was told weren’t sold in the shop but the assistant said she’d look in the store room for me to see t-shirts of similar quality (technical). I ended up buying the two she brought out, despite being of different colour to what I went in for, they were the size I’d asked for and the quality / style looked great. Assistant knew her products and secured herself a sale too!! Friendly / helpful and very clean store.
