Any time I've been in the Stirling store the staff have all been extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Whether it was helping to find what I was looking for, showing us to the changing room or getting other sizes, they have always been more than happy to help and made it a pleasant shopping experience. Update on Superdry response to my missing parcel..
Since writing a review about my missing parcel, I have been into Superdry to see if they can help. I received excellent and patient customer service from a very polite assistant in the Stirling. She resolved all my issues. Well done to this member of staff, personal help and service goes s long way! Thank you.
