Superdry - Stansted Airport Omdömen 

Hi hate to be negative but the bag was too small and the description on the website did not give any dimensions. I paid for delivery and had to pay to send it back unless I returned in store - the process was straightforward online and said I could return to any store. I was travelling through Stansted airport so decided to return it to the store there where they informed me they had a different system and could not accept the return. I’ve still got the bag and will have to wait until I get to another store and hope they accept it.

Communication was excellent as soon as the order was placed,was updated on every progress of the order until it arrived.

I found a t-shirt I liked on the Internet but couldn't find my size available anywhere. Was having a quick look at the Stansted Airport store and the sales assistant asked if she could help. She found my t-shirt online and it was delivered within day's . Absolutely brilliant

Love the candy pink shirt, would buy a second if I could afford it, free delivery was great and v quick. It is beautifully made and half the price of a Gant one. Vhappy. Recommended.

From the moment I walked in, I was made welcome. Your assistant was fantastic and explained the options for delivery of the jacket to home.

After waiting weeks to receive a refund from Superdry, a very helpful and friendly employee named Josh at the Stanstead store went above and beyond to help me. Whist I don't rate their returns service, their staff in stores are great.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The item I wanted was not in store but they advised that I try on a similar one for sizing before they ordered for me online. The item was delivered within the timescale given and I'm really pleased with it.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Also their knew their product well to give informed advice/ suggestions.

I was suggested to order a product that was not in store, using stores tablet. Saved me time, money, and got something I really wanted. Roberto was the man who helped me and I really appreciated that.

Guy in Stansted airport is a top man, great help, had a honest opinion, keeps the customers happy and is always ready to help by the looks, he helped have my iteams sent to my home as going away what worked so much better to top all off , great experience Shame I can't have him on the one closer to us

Popped into the Superdry store at Stansted whilst waiting for my flight and unexpectedly ended up buying a winter coat due to the great service. The coat I liked was on offer but I didn't want to take it with me on my trip so they explained it could be posted to my house for free at the airport price so i ended up buying it. Staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Store looked great with a good selection of items for the small size. Well done Superdry :)

I ordered my parcel over 8 days ago and i still haven’t received it yet even though it said delivery between 2-4 days. And you haven’t emailed me to mention anything about where my parcel is or what you are doing to get it to me as quickly as you can.

Slight delay with delivery but love new shorts. The cut, style and quality are great definitely recommend. Paul
