Superdry - Rushden Lakes Omdömen

I ordered a bum bag, arrived quite soon and very good in quality.

Ordered a dress online and needed a smaller size.......well done Rushden store for sorting it out quickly for me. 5*

I popped in to exchange a top that I’ve purchased in London, Oxford Street Store.
Unfortunately, Rushden Store didn’t have any stock so the lovely assistant offered to place an online order for me.
The assistant was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and placed an order for me. Whilst placing the order, computer was very slow and the assistant has kept me and my daughter engaged at all times.
I wish every store has such an amazing customer service

Always an excellent shopping experience at the store staff very helpful.

Brilliant clothing, well packaged and arrived within a few days (after much nail biting on seeing who was handling deliveries) . I’d saw the clothing I wanted in store but they didn’t have my size hence the online order.
I do have one niggling issue and that’s Superdry’s insistence on using Hermes (now Evri) for delivery, they’re worse than useless. In future I’ll only buy in store and not via mail order

Ordered in store but from the website - it was so easy and my new jacket arrived sooner than promised with free delivery to my house. Fantastic system, well executed !

Ordered online, didn't take long to arrive at store, good communication on order.spotted a nice t-shirt. friendly staff good experience
Lots of different options at store

I have for many years bought Superdry clothing for my son & loved how it washed but my recent purchase was for myself & I absolutely love this warm Borg lined jacket, l’ll never want to leave it off.
Many Thanks

Absolutely a fantastic service. The item was to big so I went to a local store and the guy who served me reordered the size required. No hassles , easy customer service from him . Just great, thank you. Jane

Shopping jumpers this year, loved Superdry. Just what I’d been looking for in style and quality. They are itchy but I always where a long sleeved T to solve the issue

Really easy to online shopping and staff at shop were very professional and polite

Very fast delivery received my item the following day. Happy with my organic cotton ladies grey sweatshirt it’s the perfect fit and is lovely and cosy. Thank you

You didn’t have the item in stock, but the guy that helped me was fantastic he made my purchase easy, he needs recognition as he was an excellent employee of yours so don’t loose him, hopefully u will be able to identify him from your records

The staff are fantastic and very very well mannered .the shop is very clean, tidy and well stocked.

Excellent. First time buying. Slight second. In the situation we are in. It was great. Big discount. But the same quality. Thanx a lot.
