I bought shorts
I bought shorts, the lady who served me was very friendly and told me of the 12 month warranty which I wasn’t previously aware of.

Excellent customer service …
The person in-store who helped me order this, as they did not have this in stock, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The recipient loved his T-shirt, which was delivered safely, and I had excellent customer service.

Great Service
We received a great service from the Peterborough shop in Queensgate shopping centre. They didn't have the item in the store but the shop assistant ordered it on line to be sent to our home address. She was friendly and was so accommodating, it was refreshing to receive such customer service.

Successful birthday acquisition
