Good products with reasonable prices
Despite de mess at the store (Wembley Outlet) which was quite difficult to find and try the jackets, I already got a really good and warm coat, with a very affordable price. This is the second time I purchase a coat and really worth it.

I recently visited the Superdry store at the Wembley Designer Outlet and had an exceptional shopping experience. From the moment I entered, the store’s layout and welcoming atmosphere set a positive tone. The standout aspect of my visit, however, was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially the person assisting me at the till.
The staff member was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience by finding a brand-new, unopened piece of the jacket I was interested in. He mentioned that it had just arrived in their latest delivery and made the extra effort to retrieve it for me. This level of care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer and truly enhanced my shopping experience.
I left the store not only with a fantastic new jacket but also with a great impression of the customer service at Superdry in Wembley. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality products and top-tier service.
