Superdry - Hull Omdömen 

I’d never entered a Superdry store before.
I saw three staff around the store, all pleasant young women sorting/tidying the stock. I was there to pick up my order, a dress I’d seen online. I asked if I could try it on and was shown where fitting rooms are. Perfect dress, just what I was looking for. I found it odd that having looked at stock in this huge place - there was nothing else for sale similar to what I was buying. I’d always thought as a 76 old old, the Superdry stock wasn’t really for me. There were no people in the store besides staff and myself.

The goods were a very good quality, organic cotton and recycled polyester! The store order it online snd it was delivered to my address - no problem!

On arrival in store there were 3 members of staff stood talking to each other at the front of the store.
I wasn't acknowledged by any of them. I had to interrupt the assistants to ask for my click and collect order. This was dealt with pleasantly and swiftly.
I then continued to shop by go8ng upstairs to the ladies department. The upstairs had no staff member and the fitting rooms were closed.
I selected 4 items that I wanted to try on. I went downstairs were , again, I was ignored. I had to ask if I could try the items on.
After trying the items on, I went to the service desk to make a purchase . I waited a few minutes before a member of staff came to serve me.
It was not brought to my attention that I was entitled to a 10% discount on my purchase as I had collected an order, however, I knew this from my purchase email and the assistant promptly actioned this.
I felt overall that the store lacked the level of customer service I have come to expect from Superdry , after all you are at a higher price bracket than alot of stores, and in these hard times, I feel you should be going the extra mile to keep your customer

I love superdry. This is my first time experiencing this. Wrong item was sent. Try to swap it in the shop they refused because I bought it using clear pay. I think you should do better on that one guys.
