Superdry - Canterbury Omdömen 

Very friendly and helpful member of staff who welcomed me with a smile and a hello when I went in. Sorry I didn’t catch his name though.
They didn’t have the size I needed in store so I asked him and he checked online and he found the size I wanted so he ordered it for me and it was delivered at home for free a few days later. All very easy and painless! Thank you.
There should be more people like him working in stores and restaurants.

After ordering items on line that I found were too small, I took them to my local Superdry store for exchange or return.
A very helpful and friendly assistant found there weren't any replacements for me in store. But she found me very similar items in store to try on. This was to ensure I could order the correct size on line for replacements.
She then quickly went through my invoice details etc and took my items back and reordered the correct sizes for me. I've received one of them already just 2 days later!

Overall, good experience, but website needs some work

Ordered a dress, hoodie and cargo trousers. All true to size, well designed and really good quality. Staff helpful. Some sizes not in stock so they came by post.

Very fast easy no hassle transaction. I didn't know what jacket size I needed so I ordered a large size, an XL and and a XXL and kept the size I needed, returning the other two. Nothing extra uto pay. Will certainly be buying again online. Really hate the shopping experience now where you are travelling in all the traffic, trying to find a parking space, having to register your car reg details parking, the hustle and queues at the tills etc. Much more eco friendly online and with the price of fuel now @ £2 a litre !

Like to mention to Superdry the picture of three teenagers leaning together is not doing youany favours....
They look so GORMLESS. With a complete lack of any initiative and energy and so bored. I suppose there meant to look cool and chilled. There almost saying that my soul is dying and I am giving up on life!

I found a jacket but the size I needed was not in store. The assistant was super friendly and worked at speed to access the order system to get me a jacket asap the service was super quick the jacket arrived 48hrs later the following day it rained and I was super dry it’s a win win thank you

Received the items quickly and one of the items I changed my mind on, wishes I had ordered something else therefore I was able to return and re order in store which was very easy. The jacket was ordered at the shop by the sales assistant,as we needed a larger size she was very helpful.delivery was free & we were told if we were not happy with our purchase for any reason then we could return the item to any Superdry store for a refund.we were happy with the purchase which is an Xmas present & all the information provided.
