Superdry - Bullring Omdömen 239

I placed an order with Superdry on 26th December for clothing in the sale and never received the goods.

After chasing this up, I was eventually told the parcel had been lost in transit by their courier (Evri). Rather than offering a replacement, Superdry simply issued a refund and stated they do not re-dispatch items.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with deliveries when retailers use cheap, unreliable couriers, and it’s extremely disappointing that a brand of this size continues to use them. As a customer, it feels like you’re left carrying the inconvenience when their delivery partners fail.

I’ve lost time, the items I wanted were no longer available, and the whole process was frustrating from start to finish. A refund doesn’t fully resolve the issue when the service itself is the problem.

Until Superdry improves its delivery partners and customer experience, I won’t be ordering again

The product was good and came in good time. Also, it was for a good price and quality make. Good job and aesthetic/quality items!

Very worst customer service

I would like to thank the assistant who although said had explained that they were not accepting returns and no doubt she saw the look of frustration and disappointment on my face, she accepted my return. Excellent customer service and she also went out of her way to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you again.

I just love how friendly and helpful the team at Superdry Bullring (Birmingham) are. Everything I go there looking for a gift, I come out feeling better and with a great gift. Last time I went, I needed to exchange something for a different size, no problem. Super friendly service.

I ordered a jacket for my brother through bullring store unfortunately I had to cancel my order after 10 days because I haven't received my order.

The product should have been checked before shipping. My item still has the magnetic thing on the strap. How I am supposed to remove it at home?

At the store in bullring birmingham the guy at the register was very helpful , he should get a raise

I don't want to give even one star but theirs no option. No have sense to talk to customers. And not accepting their fault, The store manager name Natisha she does not have manners how to talk to customers I think they should listen to customers properly first and then no need to repeating. Totally dissatisfied with their decision. Never going back in There. And it was my first choice for last ten years. the store manager defiantly needs more training.

Found a little pulled thread on the item. Staff offer to order new item to be send to my address. Delivery was informed from when it left the warehouse.

Quick and reliable service kept me updated on the delivery. Unfortunately the person on the counter at the store wasn't polite.
