A great experience all round(almost)
Fantastic talking to the manager in Bromley’s Glades store, helped me try on my jacket for size. As they didn’t have the colour I wanted she suggested ordering from the site. Amazingly quick delivery too. The only worry I had was because I am slow to get to the door because of my disability. I found the delivery driver was about to leave the package on my doorstep, at a heavily traveled footpath near a school. If I hadn’t been home it would’ve been stolen. Fantastic service from Superdry, I suggest a word with whomever you get to do your deliveries.

Good quality coats and a good range of sizes and colours
Popped in to look at coats and ended up buying. Nice fit and 20% off due to Black Friday event. Had to ask for my size but assistant checked they had stock and it turned out it was in the rail already, just missed it. Great quality really pleased

The sales colleague was really helpful…
The sales colleague was really helpful trying to find us the appropriate style as the one on the shop floor was slightly soiled. We were offered a discount as we decided to take it only to see more marks. He ordered us one online and still honoured the discount for us as my daughter needed it for school asap. He smiled and was polite the whole time he helped us.
My daughter is really happy with her jacket.
