Very easy experience
Very easy experience. The nice salesman ordered the lovely dress on line as he did not have the right size in the shop.
It arrived in my house within a few days.

The Girl in the Store at Braehead was super friendly and helpful - couldn’t do enough. Excellent.
I had been in previously and again was impressed by my treatment and the quality of the items I bought were of the highest quality. I will be back and would not hesitate to recommend Superdry

Had issue when I tried to place order…
Had issue when I tried to place order online. Went to Braehead store. Young boy was extremely helpful & efficient. Regular updates from courier and a call from store when item arrived. Quick & efficient service in store when item collected.

Delivery service not very good
Delivery service not very good, i came home from work to fine my parcel on my path, which they throw over my fence wet through, I was very lucky that my hoodie wasn't damaged. Not a happy customer

Purchased jackets online
Purchased jackets online, the style didn’t suit me at all. Which is a shame because they were really good quality, so I returned them to the shop which was quick and easy to do.

Unhappy customer
Had a terrible experience with my order. When I realised I want going to be a joke I used the locker service t then received an email to say they had tried to deliver package to my address and also the locker and that no one was home and that the locker wasn’t big enough. This happened the next two days my husband took a day off work to wait in and it did not arrive. Eventually after 4 days I changed my Ofer to be delivered to a neighbour. I will not use this device again

Collection and returns were very easy and the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately the jacket didn’t fit my son the top was fine but there was not enough ‘give’ round the bottom therefore it was too tight round the hips for him when it was zipped up.
