Superdry - Bradford Omdömen 

on the 12th of november I buy jacket and it was not fit to my little brother I went back to return it but they didn’t return it they said it is used now so that’s why I am not happy

Everyone very helpful. Even when my size was not available in-store, they organised an on-line item for me, which came in a couple of days or so. Excellent service!

Good costumer service, quick and efficient service, ordered my jacket to my house for free as they didn’t have size in store

Bought a size S for my 14 year old son. Got 10% off but still fairly expensive. It is however very good quality, waterproof and warm. It’s not thick with padding but so well insulated and with the high cosy neck I think it could do us throughout winter with school jumper underneath. Looks stylish and structured on and the 3 zips closure isn’t an issue. For now he uses the innermost zip and I’m sure the others will be used once it gets colder. We are both happy with the purchase.

Customer service was disgusting. Told to go upstairs and waited more than 20mins because there was no one upstairs. Went downstairs to ask for assistance only to be told to go back and wait. They didn’t seem to care at all. When the girl finally emerged she said she was never told there were customers waiting.
Good customer service is very important in this business.

Nice vest for good a price in the sale. Was able to collect my item the following day after ordering and was kept updated on the status of my order.

Excellent and pleasant staff. They go out their way to help. If a size is not in the shop they advise they can get it delivered to my house if available.

Poor customer service from the Broadway staff rude manager refusing to hand over item caused us major delays even after showing email as proof of purchase

Saw a puffer jacket to buy for my son in laws birthday but didn't have the size in store. The gentleman the counter was so very helpful & ordered me the correct size online. He explained everything in detail. Excellent customer service & went above & beyond.

I went to return an online order in store.
During the returns process, the system had crashed in store.
I then had to leave my items in store without getting a refund or exchange.
I was given an email to contact customer services to try and process the refund.
I had no luck with the email and didn’t receive a reply.
Eventually, I had to use the online chat system to eventually resolve the issue. And that took over an hour.
I am extremely disappointed that superdry left me to deal with the issue and chase up my refund.
Superdry should have taken full responsibility and dealt with the refund themselves, instead of getting me to do it. Which took over 2 hour in total.

I would avoid, once they got your money, the customer service after is near to non-existent. Tried to return an item in-store (Bradford), but they were incredibly rude and dismissive. I'm approaching the 2-month mark on them resolving the issue online.

Edit: Never resolved the issue, just ignored all emails from me

Staff are so rude I’ve been shopping at superdry bradford since it first opened.. The only reason why I had stopped shopping here was because of the staff. There just give me the Daggers and stare down at you all the time. I thought I’d give it another go today and again still the same awful attitudes there all have after a purchase today and will be my last purchase in this store going forward!

I turned up to collect my click and collect order early. The guy said it had just arrived and went to the truck to get it for me. Genuinely great service

The staff at Bradford Broadway were not very helpful as didnt know where my item was and the till area was filthy with dust.....to say everything is so very expensive I expect a clean environment and clean friendly staff.

It's a real quick service for store delivery, staff always polite, I bought a few coats as I wasn't sure of style or size and return was easy in store. They are excellent for winter coats!
