Good efficient service and goods delivered on time. Shirt was good value for money and matched more expensive designer shirts both on quality and style.

Unhelpful when things go wrong
Unhelpful with return when I had no receipt. I realise they’re perhaps not obliged to take the item as exchange or whatever but all other shops in this price range seem to offer a solution.

Assistant in shop disinterested
Only one bored assistant in the shop that I visited.
Tried on a jacket in the shop but it was too small. Told to go home & order it online!
Was eligible for express delivery but no option to choose it at the checkout page.
Also, one of the jackets that I ordered had obviously been sent out before & returned as it was covered in cat hairs!!!
