Very bad experience. Arrived at the airport on time for luggage drop and check-in, but apparently they rescheduled the flight to be earlier. They said they sent email and tried to call, but cannot proof these. Got no compensation for hotel.

NEVER AGAIN, such a money greedy, unhelpful, customer ingnoring company. Look at other review sites and get you own understanding of this poorly executed branch of LION AIR.

I am extremely disappointed with Super Air Jet.
My flight from Denpasar to Solo, originally scheduled at 10:00 AM, was suddenly rescheduled to 6:10 PM — more than 8 hours delay — only 3 days before departure.
No proper explanation was given, no real support, just a message asking if I “agree” with the change. But do I really have a choice?
This situation caused serious problems:
I lost almost a full day
I missed an important appointment at 2:00 PM
My hotel booking and travel plans were disrupted
This kind of last-minute change feels very unprofessional and gives the impression that flights are adjusted to fill planes, without considering passengers.
Before COVID, AirAsia provided much better service on similar routes, with reasonable delays and affordable prices.
Today, with the dominance of Lion Air, passengers seem to have very limited options, especially since even Garuda Indonesia does not operate direct flights on this route.
Despite high ticket prices (around 2.5 million IDR round trip), there is:
No reliability
No compensation
No real customer support
Reading other reviews, I am now concerned that the flight could be delayed again or even postponed to the next day, which would mean losing a hotel night and ruining our long-awaited vacation.
This experience has been very stressful and disappointing.
I would strongly advise avoiding this airline if you have any important schedule.

Super Air Jet refers me to Travellink who I booked my flights with and Travellink refers me back to the airline. I have received no help, no clear answers, and no compensation.
I was told I would receive a full refund, but I have not received anything.

Flight IU641 from Samarinda to Surabaya was delayed by 4-6 hours, causing me to miss my international connection to Singapore. No proactive communication was given, and the ground staff provided no assistance for my missed flight. Avoid this airline if you have a connecting flight!!!! Even if you dont have a connecting flight i suggest you to avoid it at all costs . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
We booked a flight from Medan to Banda…
We booked a flight from Medan to Banda Aceh Sumatra. The flight was cancelled without letting us know. We recognized at the check in. Obviously we did not get any compensation. It was possible to get a refund but we wanted to fly to Banda Aceh.
So we took a night in the airport hotel and took the flight on the next day. These flight was 3 hours delayed.
I mean it's cheap but very bad management. But I have to say the employees where friendly.
If you can avoid, I would recommend not to fly with Super air jet.

Aku beberapa kali naik super air jet, yang paling aku suka adalah seragam pramugarinya yg sopan dan efisien. Sejauh ini belum pernah ngerasain delay atau apa. Cuma hari ini aku lumayan kaget dan sakit hati karena beberapa kali dibentak pramugarinya untuk sesuatu yang sebenarnya salah dia, wkwkkwk. Sumpah jutek dan galak banget. Bukan cuma ngga senyum, tp ini sampe bentak dan nyuruh saya matikan telfon (saya lg telfon dengan klien) karena dia kira saya duduk bukan di seat saya. Ketika saya tunjukkan tiket, ternyata dia yg salah kira. Hmmm, rasanya. Telfon dengan klien jd saya tutup begitu saja, saya jd merasa ngga enak dengan klien. Ya Allah mba mba, lg dapet kah.

My flight from Surabaya to Ternate was… drumroll… 8 hours late.
I woke up at 2:45 a.m. to get to the airport, only to end up waiting until around 14:00. I chose this airline because it was the only direct flight, but in reality it would have been faster to fly via Makassar with a different airline.
If you look at the flight history, this route is late almost every single time, usually by several hours. This is clearly not an exception — it’s how this airline operates.
Now, as I’m writing this review, I’m supposed to be boarding my return flight back to Surabaya. In reality, the plane that should take me there has only just left Surabaya and will arrive here in about three hours. That means the flight will be at least 3.5–4 hours late.
What makes this even worse: there is no information about the delay on the departures board at all. No announcement, no update, nothing. The only reason I know the flight is delayed is because I checked FlightRadar.
This experience fully confirms this airline’s reputation as Indonesia’s worst airline. Avoid at any cost.
I will never fly with this airline again.
If I could give a zero star
If I could give a zero star, I would have. I came here at 4 pm. It’s 10 pm already, I am still here. Scammers. They gave out a compensation package around 12-15€ lol what a joke. It’s my second experience. I thought it was bad luck. But nope. AVOID this airline.

My flight from Soekarno Hatta to Lombok is delayed for more than 2 hours. On the departure screen, more than half of Super Air Jet flights have problems, either delayed or even canceled.
On top of that, the customer service at the boarding gate is also very bad. There was another flight which started boarding but the broadcast didn’t distinguish the two flights. Even the local Indonesians who were going to fly to Lombok, stood in a long line for more than 15 minutes before retreating to the chairs because they finally realized the onboarding was not for the flight to Lombok.

Absolutely disastrous. Avoid them if you can. Flight delayed multiple times, barely any information. Unclear if we’ll ever leave.
