The customer service experience at Supanet has improved a lot over the years. Recently I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and politely by Ismyr over the phone.

Terrible customer service

We had to cancel our contract due to house move in Fen this year
I called them on 3 separate occasions and was either cut off when transferred or could not get through due to waiting almost an hour by phone so sent them a message on live chat to advise of move dates
I have now realised they have still being taking payments and when I tried to complain
3 emails later no response
1 phonecall told I would get a return call that was 3 days ago still nothing
All Supernet are interested in is your money
Disgusting level of service

Avoid and do your research …

This company has a few review areas here on trustpilot - I recomend you read all of them before joining.
This company is extremely unprofessional. I have been chasing a leaving bill for months now so I can pass on to my new provider. The customer service is shocking. You cannot reach anyone easily by phone or email. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have contacted your service team many times and I am still awaiting my exit bill. You have still not taken me off your system so I am receiving missed payment messages. Please reply to my emails to resolve this.

SUPANET DO NOT ENTER CONTRACT WITH THESE CROOKS…

DO NOT ENTER CONTRACT WITH THESE CROOKS !(not even worth 1 star ) they will tempt you in with super fast broad band speed of 80mbps and only give you 35.67 mbps . When you ring to complain and inform them they've broken contract by not giving full speed they claim to give , and wish to leave they try to say it will be a £279 cancellation fee . We are now stuck with slow Internet until May next year. Oh and there's no manager to speak to. This company are complete crooks ! AVOID !

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE

Firstly, I was told 2 weeks maximum (giving us priority) to install the WiFi at my flat. It then turned to 3 weeks. I have had to go 3 weeks with no WiFi which has severely impacted me and had to delay my trip home so I could be available.

Then, we were told someone would come between 8am and 1pm. It hits 1pm and nobody is here and I have received 0 warning. My boyfriend travelled all the way to be in (which cost money) and nobody was in. They say in the email there is a £130 missed appointment fee but we don't even get a text to say they can't make it. I call and have to wait 20+ minutes to be told they don't know why there is nobody there but you'll call me back when you find out why. We wait 3 hours and nobody calls. I call back and you do know the reason now (so why have we been waiting for 3 hours???) and that it is cancelled? They say if I want WiFi I have to REBOOK AND WAIT ANOTHER 3 WEEKS. 6 WEEKS WITH NO WIFI! I'm literally in tears because this is massively impacting my work, I can't afford to keep buying data. This is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe I spent all this money on data and transport just to be right back where I started, I should've gone for a different provider.

BEWARE o impossible contract exit procedures and fees

BEWARE of hidden contract ties, once theyve got you, they wont let go... we bought a flat where supanet was already there... the service was atrocious, the phone did not work regilarly leaving my 90yr old mother vulnerable as her land line was needed for red care service, we had to rely on her mobile instead, we tried to exit the contact, fees were horrendous, we followed procedures and even when my mother had a stroke and was too ill to return, then a year later sold the flat they still would not let us go and still ended up paying more and unable to stop contract or get them to accept communications saying WE DO NOT WANT SUPANET. Apparently we told them to cancel too soon... we had to tell them again, not more, or less than 30 days in advance. Beware of replying to emails they send... they all say... NO REPLY... difficult finding contact details and getting hold of actual person other than chat... difficult when in non Internet area or sat in hospital with dying mother... mother died but still they want her payments... no soul, no care... beware of this heartless, mercenary and deceitful company

Great customer tech support

My wife’s email account had been hacked and her incoming mailbox filled to its limit with automatic rejection messages from various mail servers. Initially, a tech support lady called Pooja explained that Timetalk/Supanet had detected the event and closed the account. She reset the password. Today another helpful tech support man Mr Durrani emptied the mail box and unblocked the account. I have been with Timetalk for over 10 years and always found the customer support good such that I am reluctant to try any other cheaper provider.

AVOID! Horribly misleading.

I called Supanet, mistakenly thinking I was calling BT, to upgrade my Internet package. I signed up for what I thought was a good deal. Once the paperwork came through, I immediately tried to cancel, since it was still within cancellation period. They charged me £50 because I had 'selected the priority connection option'. I absolutely hadn't! I was in no rush for the new package, so I certainly wouldn't have agreed to pay an extra £50 for it. The person I spoke to agreed to open an investigation. I have since spoken to them again today and they informed me that "a manager has listened to the call and all due processes were followed and I was informed of the extra charge during the call". This is such nonsense, but I agreed to pay just so that I can forget all about it. AVOID THEM. They are not honest, and the people you speak to are in a call centre in Dubai. Stick with BT and save yourself the headache.
