The customer service experience at Supanet has improved a lot over the years. Recently I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and politely by Ismyr over the phone.

Lara listened to my concern. She was very patient and kept me informed as to what she was doing while she investigated the "problem" on my behalf. It turns out there wasn't a problem at all - it was just me having a very senior moment !! Well done Lara and thank you.

Please save your time and money! Ridiculous signal. If one person is using the wi-fi and another tries to connect the TV, computer or a phone, the signal collapses.
I have complained but to no avail.
I am looking forward to next September when the contract expires. 😡

Really really bad ripping me off was told I got 1000mbps and got 500mbps so told them my contract is voided and to top that of even with the 500mbps they are still ripping me off as I have checked the speed on ps5 and it is 170 it's meant to be well over it's a complete joke I tested it using test.com and it was saying 24 what a complete joke in my book they have broken the contract

I've been with Supanet since anyone first got broadband. I've ignored the siren voices of both other companies and friends who are users of these. My experience has been consistently good service, and a reliable connection. In all that time I've lost connection twice. On both occasions the fault was with the phone line, but Supanet didn't try to duck out of the issue and were very proactive in getting things resolved quickly.
So now with impending loss of copper lines I've decided to take the leap into the 21 Century and have fibre installed. Spoke to one of their advisers today (Masud) who talked me through the issues with great patience and good humour. Felt like I was talking to a human not a robot, which is always good. The whole package is going to cost me just a few pounds more than my current contract.
I have every confidence that things will go as they should as my experience to date is that they say what they'll do and do what they say.
A really excellent company.

I got ripped off by “supanet”. Lied to about my speeds and contract length, forced to pay an early exit fee.
Please avoid at all costs, rude and immature staff- I originally found this company as it was posing as a subsidiary of BT.

We were experiencing very bad crackling on our telephone land-line with very slow internet speeds. Making/recieving telephone calls was nigh on impossible. I rang Supanet on 27th Dec, not really believing that much would be sorted until completion of the Christmas and New Year period, but the call was answered after quite a short wait. Much was tried during the call in an effort to resolve the problem but it was finally decided that an engineer would need to be called to fix the problem. I was told that an 'Open Reach' engineer would be booked to call either the 29th, 30th or 31st December. The engineer actually called first thing on the 29th December and fixed the problem (broken wiring) in a very short time. Given the time of year, I was very pleased with the outcome, in getting the matter resolved so quickly. I was even telephoned today by Supatel to check that the matter had been resolved. Good effort Supanet - excellent customer service!!
