SupaGlazing Ltd. Omdömen

Supaglazing gave us an unbeatable price and a fantastic service. Their fitters were fast, neat and tidy and kept us in the loop with any issues. They had a problem with one of our windows that meant having unavoidable damage to the plaster work. They kept me updated throughout, and within half an hour I had a call from someone arranging a plasterer to come out to correct it a couple of days later. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Exellent service from start to finish polite professional curteous staff. Fitters exellent and cleaned up all mess. Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Arrived as scheduled, fitters very professional and polite. Site kept clean and tidy. Happy with units and service provided thank you

Arrived at stated start time, very professional and polite fitters, very clean and tidy as they worked. Quality units fitted - very pleased with service and end results. Have recommended to another family member.

A few weeks ago super glazing came to fix my mum’s windows in a little bit of an emergency (I broke it 🙈) I was worried the window was going to fall out of her second floor apartment and gave them a call.

They were really friendly and helpful and someone came to take a look within a couple of hours! The Engineer was really friendly and went out of his way to help. They made the windows secure and safe and then came back the following morning and replaced the parts to make it good again. He also checked the other windows for safety and cleaned up after himself.
Mum was really happy and she’s always hard to please so that’s a miracle!

Would 100% recommended them and use them again!

Very polite and friendly, quick and answered all questions would definitely recommend

Had a door fitted, looks amazing. Fitters left everything clean and tidy. Very impressed

This is the sixth property they have replaced windows on for me
Very pleased with the quality of the windows.
The fitters appeared to be very hurried. More care could have been taken whilst carrying items up stairs which resulted in damaged wallpaper. However the fitter did own up to this and accidents do happen. We have since had it invisibly patched.
Another team of fitters appeared to have spilt a mug of tea on a dressing table. This we found the following day as all three draws had wet clothes and a puddle of tea in them. The main upstairs bay window required some cement work which I would have liked pebble dashing to match existing. The other 8 windows had the pebbledash replaced to match by a different team.

Supa fast. Filled in online enquiry form. Heard back the following day, sales advisor George turned up on the Wednesday, surveyor John on Friday, job completed by following Wednesday.. Brilliant. Had a hole knocked out and a set of French doors fitted plus some bricking up.. Wish all building work was this fast. Supa job

So far only had my front door one week but no issues to date. Very easy process and no hard sell at all. Spoke with Tara on a few occasions to arranging fitting (had to rearrange due to strong winds and heavy rain) and nothing was too much trouble - Tara was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Everything done and completed as the salesman said.

I contacted SupaGlazing about a new front door. A representative visited and was polite and helpful. No pressure selling. I was very happy with my quote. The workmen were polite and explained what they were doing and tidied up after. Extremely happy with the finished job. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent company, excellent service received. A very kind and caring company that did a brilliant job and also helped with the removal of my mum's conservatory! Thank you to all the staff at SupaGlazing

All staff were very friendly and informative. The sales team are quick to respond to any enquiry and the fitting team all work well together and at a very good speed- I would highly recommend SupaGlazing Ltd to anyone looking at replacing their windows. We will certainly use them again for all our rented properties!

Supaglazing company was highly recommended to me by my sister who has used them on several of her properties, I will indeed recommend to others, work men were friendly and courteous, completed installation and returned the following day to ensure all was well. absolutely fantastic

After inviting some other companies to quote, Supaglazing were by far the most professional and competitive.
Their customer service was the best we’ve ever experienced.
We do highly recommend them.

Excellent company. Great products. Good customer service. Very helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service has a front door installed over 8 months ago and still have not fully fixed the issues with the poor install and wanted paying in full when they first installed the door while fitting a door not as described I’m still waiting for them to contact me and fix the issues

Very pleased with all aspects of using Supaglazing. From initial enquiry to the fitting everything was professionally handled. We will definitely use Supaglazing again in the future and have no problem recommending them.

First time I’ve installed upvc windows
The windows fitted perfect and were manufactured to a high standard
I’m impressed with the high security measures incorporated into the doors and window openings
Can’t wait till the next window job
Really enjoyed fitting them
