SunSpaces Omdömen

what a great bunch of guys new what they were doing had to modify some little bits guttering etc, very nice and great build brilliant. very very happy

Best price on market and they explain everything about what you want to do and they give all options and the installation team they finish on time and they clean everything on the end highly recommended.

We ordered the ultra veranda as an ex display model . Best decision we ever made . I’d be lying if I said it went without a hitch ( taking a product down without a hitch and then packaging and transporting to put it up again adds in extra risk ) however whenever there was a problem I’d get a phone call from Mike to tell me the issue but more importantly the fix . I bought this as a showroom model with some dents and scratches , shower when they took it down I got a phone saying we aren’t happy with the quantity we are reordering some replacement parts . The service we received was outstanding. The finished product when installed is beyond my expectations. Well engineered German veranda and it tells but installed by three hard working installers who again took up the quality baton ,”I can fit it but it’s not quite right “ attitude . Any company can send out an item and it goes up without a hitch and get 5 stars . The true measure is dealing with issues in a professional manner and Sunspaces did just this . Im still excited every time I see it , it’s transformed our garden and created a large useable space . Thank you team

Quotation stage brilliant and prompt office dates got moved around the delays but worked hard to fit us in Service on the day was fantastic
Did leave behind new unused items
I wish they took as not required by us

Starting with Dimitar, the sales/surveyor, who was very efficient, methodical and was able to solve a dilemma that other companies did not want to know.
The Installers, Jamie and Chris, were super-efficient and went out of their way to ensure that the Garden Veranda was watertight and because the structure was of an awkward size, the guys were very creative in resolving any problems encountered. Both of them deserve an individual 5* rating for their punctuality, cleanliness and inventiveness.
Gerwyn, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the delivery was as promised and all of our additional changes were implemented with enthusiasm and care. I will always recommend Sun Space Products, as the quality and pricing is excellent. The 'TEAM' all work as one unit and are therefore very professional, efficient and hardworking and happily give the client what they want.

We are extremely happy with our new veranda which was installed in November. Quality product at a reasonable price with a long warranty period. We were a bit sceptical in the beginning as SunSpaces were the cheapest quote of the three we obtained, however they did not disappoint!
Good customer service, particular thanks to the installation team - Kris and his colleague were very professional, efficient and completed the installation in a day,
Would definitely recommend SunSpaces, thank you

By far this has been the best company I have dealt with throughout our renovation journey. They were quick to respond, kept updated throughout the process and was kept in the loop at every step from sales, to manufacturing and installation.

Happy with the product, its installation and the installers, would recommend.

Veranda installed in rear garden -Oct 2025
Great service! Excellent quality product at a reasonable price, with a 15 year warranty, what’s not to like?
From order to installation, Mike at SunSpaces kept me updated throughout the process.
As for installation, the guys were very professional and the task was fast, efficient and fuss free! Delivered and installed in less than 1 day…a new look garden space that can now be used in all weathers
Thank you SunSpaces!

Excellent kit, good quality. Everything needed supplied. Excellent delivery team as well.
Definitely recommended.

Good people to deal with, their fitters were really good guys. Welsh, but really nice guys! :) - joke!
The quality looks good and the support from their office was also excellent. I would recommend them.
Long guarantee gives peace of mind too.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, high quality product and installation

Delighted -Very happy with finished retrofit. Excellent job well done everyone involved .

Excellent customer service right from the start from the sales team, installation team right down to the guys who came and cleared all the rubbish, couldn’t fault anything, our new sun room has exceeded all my expectations, I’d give Jon and his 2 sons who did the installation a 5 star review!

Great team who installed the glass room.
Sales team and after sales have been communicative and sorted problems that arose quickly
This is a great addition to our home with a modern look and feel.

Sunspace were brilliant from start to finish. Price was so much better than other quotes we had and more for your money, like lighting, reinforced bar so only 2 pillars instead of 3 plus lead flashing for water resistance and still cheaper. The build quality is amazing and the team that installed were unbelievable. Completed in 1 day very polite very tidy you couldn’t ask for more. If you are looking into having this on your home you would not be disappointed

The initial contact with Luke from sales was great. However once we had signed up to get a new glass room installed, it all went downhill. We would hear nothing for weeks, then someone would email or call to confirm that they were due to deliver the order, only for them to cancel a few days later. I was forever chasing, I’d leave messages. We were told yes it was definitely happening on the 21st July, then it wasn’t. Then definitely the 28th. The installers didn’t arrive. It took me until 11:30am to get through to someone to ask what was going on only to be told oh there’s a problem, they’ll definitely be there tomorrow. No one had thought to give me the heads up and I was stuck indoors waiting. They did turn up the next day, got on with the job and now it’s finished it does look good. I just wish the company hadn’t made promises it couldn’t deliver. Also their communication needs to improve. One last thing, I’m left with a 7m steel support on my driveway which they’re meant to have been collecting for a week now, still no communication as to when.

Excellent, quick efficient installation. There were some delays with installation date but communication was very good when this happened. After a couple of years the frame is still looking perfect, would use again.

My glass verandah was installed August 2024 in May 2025 the glass sliding doors came apart & were no longer sliding as they should. I contacted Ben Balding the sales man I initially dealt with he suggested that this was an easy fix, sent me a video for me to fix it myself!! I made it clear that i was not happy with this DIY solution & requested that someone came over to fix the glass doors. He refered me to his colleague Mike Price who initially seemed helpful but then stopped answering his phone & refused to call me back. I left numerous messages. They are very happy to take your money but do not bother once there's a problem.

Great experience. We went for a standalone glass garden room (Panorama) and it's fantastic! The team at sunspaces were helpful, especially Luke, as we chose what we wanted. The installation team (John) was fantastic - friendly, informative and dedicated to making sure we were happy. Only had it for a month but so far so good!
