I contacted Ben about my limited edition ray bans with damaged lens he ordered the new lenses and sent me a postal order to send glasses to him all repaired and sent back to me within a week glasses brand new again

Nose pads we're slightly damaged in transit and part of one was poking out of the envelope when it arrived. This made replacement of that nose pad quite difficult but managed to fit it using some brute force and ignorance🙂 A bit more protective packaging wouldn't go amiss.

This my second experience using sunglassesuk and I'm delighted now as I was when they fixed the nose bridge on my x-metal Juliets. Once again Ben and his team returned my glasses looking immaculate after a thorough clean and refurb. This time I sent some titanium square wires I have had for about 20 years, a pair of choptop 6.0s and some gen 1 e-wires for refurb and new oem lenses in my latest prescription. These guys really know how to look after your classic Oakleys and they came back as good as new. I can thoroughly recommend sunglassesuk on price and service, it feels like they care as much about my glasses as I do and I will go back for all my glasses refurbs and lenses in the future.

My customer RayBans lost a nose guard. I thought maybe I’d need a new pair but found sunglassesuk online and for tenner I had a solution.
There was a small admin error which Ben resolved immediately responding over a weekend. It’s rare these days to get personal customer service.

Item fitted as expected. Purchased silver. They were marked as silver but were gold coloured. Didn’t matter as fitted underneath. Positive three provided albeit two purchased.

i recently gsve this company a 1 star review simple because the profuct had not been delivered (parcal lost by royal
mail).The company new nothing of this and once they found out they replaced items straight away no hassle dealing with company was good snd products recived were of execellent qaulity my first review was hasty and on insight should ve contacted company 5 stars from me

Lenses are fantastic quality. Took a little longer to arrive than initially expected but support was excellent.

Great service, all clearly written the process. Lenses arrived and easy to follow video was great help to change them.
Recommended 2 friends to your services already. Only thing I would add would be nice to have a cleansing wipe to finish the glasses off once’s new lenses are back in.
