Was really quick artwork was perfect , I'm really happy with the way they look

They managed a very quick turnaround, supplied proofs etc and answered all queries immediately. The quality was good for the price - a couple of the nails holding the little plaques on are sticking out a bit but that's nothing that can't be fixed when we send it in for first engraving. Generally happy and would use again.

We had a lot of problems with the delivery company UKMail as the driver repeatedly said he'd tried to deliver but it transpired he hadn't bothered resulting in us having to collect the medals from the depot ourselves at the last minute which was stressful, however the customer service from Sublime was excellent. The medals were designed perfectly for our sons birthday party however sadly 6 of the 21 medals came off their ribbons, including my sons, within minutes of the children getting them which was a real shame.
