You advertise an item for sale (gig bag) which you do not have in stock. You took my money in the full knowledge that the product would not be available until the end of September ! This is very poor practice. You should advise that the product is unavailable and e-mail when in stock. Not impressed !

Good service…maybe think about free postage in general…delivery could be quicker …(inline with the Amazons of this world) tho i guess there is a premium ti be paid for with a specialist company like this

Good value recorder and accessories kit.
I have a number of Zoom H1 and H1n recorders. After several years of use one or two are a bit worn so when a special offer came up I was lucky to get one from Studiospares with a kit of accessories at a very acceptable price. The kit included a small hard storage case so I expect this recorder will survive even longer!

I had ordered for jack to jack wire 10 miters, sent money but after my order is not coming to my house. Studio spare more money for send to my house. If I couldn't send they told me Pl come to luton and bring wire from wharehouse.. it's not good deal.. I m not satisfied and tell to people don't shipping from studio spear website

Mixed feelings...
The order placement and processing was fine. Delivery was the big issue and DPD proved to be completely unreliable. I had to request a later date for delivery and the courier company were a 'no-show'. Following raising the issue with the Studiospares team, after the item was not delivered, after-sales service was generally good and the handling of the complaint and subsequent reimbursement was handled quickly and efficiently. Sad situation, though Studiospares were not directly to blame, maybe they need to review the current courier service provider.

Ordered some new multicore stock - arrived in no time and generally a good product - couple of slight issues with wrap on the fins but staff were very helpful!
