I recently ordered some earrings (two horn’s) from this company which looked small on the website and were advertised using a female model. I’m a male the earrings were big on me and didn’t really suit me. So I contacted SIBJ and spoke someone yesterday and explained my situation and they said they would not except a return because I opened the black pouch the earrings were sent in. I’ve lost almost £20 and made the mistake to buy from them directly where you actually end up paying more because of the postage cost. My advice is to not to buy from this company unless your certain that’s what you want? And also buy from eBay and pay with PayPal for protection. I used clearpay method who are absolutely rubbish and will do nothing to protect you. I will definitely not use this company again. Next time, I will simply visit Camden Town when I’m in London, where you see the item in person and not sealed in a black pouch where earrings are not visible while on the other side is purposely covered with their business card…so cannot see the earrings unless open it.

WARNING I would also like to warn people that despite unsubscribing they keep sending you emails long after, I will be reporting them for this if it continues. It’s bad enough that they kept my money.

The unsubscribe link was clicked, which I did on more than several occasions, however I kept receiving their emails which is insulting after they kept my money and did not allow me to return the product…the excuses from this company is becoming more and more pathetic. As I said I will be reporting them if I receive any further emails, which I have correctly unsubscribed from on several occasions.

It’s very simple as I already explained above I unsubscribed using unsubscribe link however I kept receiving emails from SBJ. I have now blocked them and everything gets automatically deleted. So can SBJ and trust pilot please stop bothering me it’s bad enough these people refused to refund me. Good bye

I’ve ordered multiple times now from SIBJ in the last 2 weeks, and all the orders have come fairly fast. The product is really good quality and i really like the packaging as well. Overall, it’s been a great experience and i would definitely order again and recommend to other people.

Pins that go through ear is sturdy which is something I looked for because loads of reviews from other suppliers have same comments... pins bent, pins broke!
It’s worth paying a little bit more and get quality.

The overall quality of the products is very good. Also, their customer service is spot on. I once had a problem with an order which I did sent back to them to get a refund. The order got lost somewhere, however they issued me a gift card of the amount of the supposed refund to help me out. Great.

They're jewelry is high quality and ships very fast overseas. When I had an issue with an order I heard back next business day and they were ready to send me a replacement piece.

I recently bought the snake pvd plugs. Brilliant quality product. Only thing I would say is where it's not joined they become a bit sore after a day or two so a completed circle exterior would have been more comfy. Not knocking them though, great quality product and fast and reliable service from sibj as per usual.

Ordered on Monday 14th Feb 2022. Order finally arrive some time between the 24th and 28th of Feb 2022.

I was very happy with the products but because i live out of GB, i have to pay an extra fee. I was told 2 times that this fee will be included ok my total price at the end of the purchase nut it never happened. Therefore I decided to not shop at SIBJ anymore.
