My Stressless furniture was delivered much sooner than expected. Delivery was very good.

Delivered early. Looks and feels fantastic. There was a mark on one of the seat cusions and this was viewed immediately and a replacement seat is on its was. No dispute, no discussion. Outstanding service.

Right from looking around the showroom to the delivery drivers the whole system was excellent.

We purchased our two recliners and footstools from Housing Units of Hollingwood. We were able to choose the finishes of both material and wood which we thought was a bonus. We have found the recliners really good for our posture and the quality is 100%.

To understand my”experience” all you have to do is review recent history leading up to this order.
Delivered late : Failed after less than 3 weeks use, inspected by your own appointed inspector who advised me and you that it had not been assembled correctly and was now beyond repair and should be replaced!
Next thing was a note from your customer service department that you would not replace the very expensive Adam chair but would provide parts which I would have to fit myself….interesting professional response?
Short discussion which lead to a replacement and statement that you would conduct any further discussions only through the retailer.
The chair has now been replaced, delivered and checked by the retailer and is still 1 week latter working as is intended.
All of this without a single word of explaination
apology or any offer of compensation in spite of the fact that Stressless must have fouled 3 or more QA procedures which are a condition of EU standards.
Why don’t you write up your own level of satisfaction and send a copy to me.
I should add that the only positive actions and help have been instigated by Craig and Rachel, Rachel Furniture, who have negotiated for the free supply of a £250.00? Battery which after three week delivery is still not due till 24 August.You don’t stock in England a standard accessory? Why are you here in the UK???

Wanted stresslless chairs for years what a disappointment after delivery. Beautifuly made but so uncomfortable. The angle before the electric back inclnes
s too acute, after only I day we both had acute lower back pain, you feel as if you are sitting on your spine. Fair enough we are both in our 80s but I would not recommend these chairs to anyone. We managed to sell one at a huge loss and the other is waiting to be sold. Extremely disappointed have spent nearly £5000.

Chair as ordered. This is my second Stressless recliner, replacement for the original purchased 14 years ago. I have a back problem which has been greatly helped by the first of these.

Delivery was good, and the petite chair is as described, fits me well - first time I've had my feet on the floor and my back supported. Very happy.

Excellent initial contact, superb service and delivery. All people invloved could not have been more helpful. Date given for delivery was honoured, in fact the chairs arrived at least 10 days early, which was fantastic.
