Streetwise Couriers Limited Omdömen 

Even though they have had my goods since yesterday, they still can't deliver today!! Yesterday "drivers off sick" today "the driver didn't take it, cant deliver today" asked them to return to supplier as b/h weekend and not available next week!!
9/5 goods delivered, by pure chance I was home!! No notification from anyone??

Philip has been delivering parcels to us for some time now. Timely, polite and always with a smile. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Promised again and again and again to deliver my goods the following day and never did. Fascial excuses each time. Terrible service - don't touch with a barge pole.

When promised a pick-up of my package nobody arrived. I rang and complained and was told that they couldn’t understand why the driver didn’t arrive. No other driver was available so they would chase it up first thing in the morning and would ring me in the morning to let me know what time it would be picked up. No such call was received and I had to ring to ask what was going on. I was told that they will pick up the parcel between 2pm and 4pm today . I mentioned that I was out of pocket as a result of the delay but didn’t get any response.

This company have 0 customers services skills.. they didn't deliver the parcel and you try to collect it from the office no in the company has a clue how to help.. the sales team are the worst.. although these small outfits share the same office they tell you lies 🙄 avoid like the plague if possible

This company left a parcel outside my front door. No note. Unsurprisingly it wasn't there when i returned the next day. I hadn't asked for to be left if i wasn't there.

I have called and emailed and have been told today that too much time has passed and so they won't be dealing with it. Both the sender and I have been chasing.

I don't usually write reviews but really shocked by how little interest the customer service team had.

My parcel was worth £300 so I will be taking them to the small claims court. I would avoid this company and use literally anyone else.

Philip, the courier, was polite and helpful in carrying the heavy boxes into my garage.

My Streetwise courier person who brings my parcel in my area is Philip. He is always on time, he doesn’t rush, takes his time and always he has a bit time to greet and chat. He is personable and cares about my regular deliveries. This is very important to me as in my business, we have items can be fragile and can get damaged in transit. So he has always been careful. Good Reputation is important and it is not easy to build overnight! Very happy with my. Streetwise Person! Thank you!

We needed a new TV replaced - the collection was placed by the company we had purchased the TV from on Wednesday (28th) Phil from Streetwise Couriers arrived early Thursday (29th) to pick up the TV, this enabled the company to arrange a replacement TV to delivered the following day and again early the next morning Phil was there to drop off the new TV. Extremely helpful on both occassions and it is with thanks to the service we received that we leave this review

I've had several deliveries from Philip which have always arrived on time, and he has always been very courteous and efficient.

I missed the courier by five minutes (was in the back garden). Rang immediately to rebook. Switchboard offered to call the courier, but unfortunately he was on his way to his next drop off. But 30 mins later there's a knock at the door and Philip had come out of his way to drop off my parcel. Fantastic and much appreciated service.

Useless. Take on an 'overnight service' but then tell you that they dont guarantee that.
Give out a 2 hours delivery slot, and then tell you that is just a guide.
Unable to contact the driver when the slot isnt met. Unable to give any more information other than 'just wait longer'

In this bad weather and busy time they took the trouble to respond when I was worried about receiving my order of perishables.

Phil is consistently friendly and helpful, going out of his way to load items into the best location. Would highly reccomend :)

We have deliveries from APC most days and our Driver Darren is the most accommodating, reliable and polite driver I have com across, he goes out of his way to be helpful and is an asset to the company!

We have been receiving parcels from them for a number of years and our driver Phil is a super star. Always happy to help bring bottles in and a pleasure to deal with.

10/10 Phill is fantastic always super happy & super helpful.
If only all couriers were like him :-)
