David Allen & Team
Hi all, I have recently been going through court proceedings for more sustainable and fair access to my son and I had my case handled by David Allen at Stowe Family Law.
It almost goes without saying, if you are going through court proceedings it is extremely stressful, costly and time consuming. At Stowe all of the team are brilliant and go beyond means to make the situation as positive as possible.
David Allen overseen my case and I genuinely couldn’t say enough positive things about him but I will give it a go.
David has excellent knowledge in his field and the most impressive things I can say about him are that he is very good at making himself available for responses to emails and phone calls which really does help put your mind at ease throughout the court process. He always put the best interests of my child at the forefront of the case in every possible outcome which of course is the most important thing in any case that involves children.
Although my court proceedings cost me a lot of money, I definitely would say you literally get what you pay for in using this firm. There wasn’t just David who worked on my case, he had a few people working sort of under him which I’d also like to give props to.
I was going through court proceedings, whilst having a new born child, balancing work and personal life and it did become to feel a little bit of a burden and overwhelming at times, but thanks to David and his team I didn’t feel no where near as stressed or overwhelmed as what I potentially could of been.
Finally, I would like to thank David and everyone who was involved in my case at Stowe Family Law for the expertly handled work, effort and time they have put in. It is because of these that I now have an Order in place that my son is now thriving under and after 7 years of unsustainable routine we now have a concrete routine in place that benefits us both and we can now move forward in life enjoying a lot more time together.
