Absolutely bizarre experience

Absolutely bizarre experience. Waited days for a call back, took my name and date of birth, the same for my ex and was then told after a short delay they wouldn't help me and flat out refused to say why. It is utterly unaccceptable to treat people with total contempt like this. I've never EVER had an experience like that. No idea what they did but I am a highly qualified executive, a perfect credit record and earn well in excess of £100k a year. I would advise people to AVOID such a business like this at all costs, based on the fact that this is meant to be a highly ethical organisation.

Excellent service from everone

Every single person I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Molly was my main contact and was always so helpful and gave me advice throughout the 12 months I was dealing with Stowe, I would definitely recommend them to anyone, Thank you

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, could not access the office in Leamington Spa (the contact number on the door I rang numerous times does not get answered). The solicitor I was due to meet did not turn up !
Asked for a full refund of my fees complete waste of time.
