Having been let down by another company, I ordered from stools online. received a pleasant discount and received them within a couple of days . Lovely quality

Can't fault them

After correcting a listing problem on their website they was happy
to send two chairs for the price of one.
Its good to deal with a proper company like this that stick too they're word.

Bought two funky orange stools. Product looks good and is comfortable but was quite tricky to assemble, mainly because the instructions are dreadfully unclear. Once up though, we are pleased with them and guests have commented favourably.
Only real gripe was they weren't delivered "next day" even though we had paid for next day delivery and stayed in to wait for them. Company refunded the delivery charge but "virtually shrugged" on the basis it wasn't their fault because they outsource delivery. They also didn't send the confirmation email so if we hadn't rung mid-afternoon on the day we were expecting the delivery, we would have wasted the whole day. So four out of five for the product, but the overall experience only gets a three.

The bar stools I bought are just what I wanted

I bought a pair of bar stools which I loved however a few months later one cracked. It spite of the supplier not being willing to replace the stool, stoolsonline replaced it free without quibble. That is what I would expect and I am pleased they did this without too much difficulty. Thank you.

The Stools are easily assembled and are comfortable.They stand out and look great in our recently refurbished kitchen.

Needed a couple of stools to use as spares at table. very few places do low stools and I did not want bar stools. Rather expensive and lighter than I had wanted but well made.

Order arrived within four days. Quick to return phone calls and happy to answer your questions. Just be aware that when ordering online through 'world pay' the receipt states that payment has been made to 'net furniture' and not 'stools online' - they are however the same company.

Was surprised to see that some of the wooden legs were bruised(light dent marks) and the varnish finish contained blemishes. These stools were not cheap and i would have expected better. All that said, I can't be bothered to go through all the rigmarole of sorting it out. They'll do!!
