After having visited several other places without successfully finding the kitchen worktop material & colour I had in my mind I met Sue at Stone Circle. Not only was she very knowledgeable but patient whist I explored all options. From then to installation I could not recommend Stone Circle enough & absolutely delighted with the outcome. Thank you Sue…

Extremely rude lady on the phone, she didn't have any manners, and accused me of not speaking to the company before. Spoke in a very condensing way to me, despite me having an enquiry for business. Disgusting service, I would not recommend them. I wonder how they are still in business with such a horrible person on the team. Unexpected bad service, not what anyone needs.

This is the second time we have used Stone Circle for worktops. The first was our kitchen and just recently our utility room.
The on site service, Sue, was excellent. Received quote within a couple of days. Time scale for measuring and then for fitting discussed and was flexible.
The measuring was undertaken with state of the art equipment after all units installed. Only taking an hour.
The polished stone workshops were delivered on time. Very heavy but the two fitters manoeuvred and fitted them without damaging anything. They did an excellent job.
I would recommend that you pay Sone Circle a visit before ordering worktops through your kitchen unit supplier.

Thank you to Sue for all her help in advising us on our new Quartz worktops. From our initial visit to Stone Circle, Sue was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and guided us in the right direction, we now have the most amazing worktops that have transformed our kitchen. Sue’s team also did a fantastic job of templating and installation. We cannot recommend Stone Circle highly enough. Thank you!

Great Service, Great Product, Would recommend without reserve.

So professional and helpful. They came to measure up in a timely manner, listening to my requirements. Fitting was booked 10 days later, again arriving at the time agreed. They didn't leave until the kitchen work tops fitted exactly, cleaning up after themselves and ensuring we were happy. Needless to say, l am - very.

Great product, looks amazing, professional install

I highly recommend Stone Circle. I received excellent advice and service from my initial visit where I met Sue to the final installation.
Special thanks go to Brad who came out as I had an accident and dropped super glue onto my beautiful white quartz. Brad sorted it the same day!
Customer service and after care are way above and beyond. Thank you all at Stone Circle for the fantastic service.

The granite worktop arrived, perfectly measured. The fitters were charming and it has greatly improved our kitchen.

Very helpful staff - both in the showroom and also installation. Top marks.

From start to finish very helpful, friendly staff and excellent fitting of the worktop.

We are delighted with the service from Sue and the team at Stone Circle. From initial conversations to templating and fitting, and their proactivity when a delay occurred. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown and are very pleased with our worktops.

They know their stuff! Fabulous choice of surfaces/materials. No fuss when I had to reschedule measuring appointment twice due to building over run. Fitting quick and exact. Perfect finish . Just remember to book appointment at salesroom rather than just turning up. Completely recommend.

Extremely pleased with our new worktops. Stone Circle were very helpful from start to finish.
Sue helped us with design and quartz selection. Matt who carried out the templating did an excellent job and ensured all the quartz fitted perfectly.
Sean and Roman who carried out the installation were polite, helpful and very proficient at their trade.
Our kitchen installer said they were the best he'd ever had on one of his projects.
We would highly recommend Stone Circle.

Sue from Stone Circle made our buying process so easy. Her expertise and knowledge of the products and her design guidance for selecting the right granite top for the look of our kitchen we were trying to achieve was amazing. Through her guidance we selected the perfect worktop which has become the show piece of our kitchen and looks stunning. The fitters were punctual, polite and very tidy. They ensured we were 100% happy before leaving. I would definitely recommend Stone Circle from Basingstoke.

You were really helpful when we came to choose a design and type of worktop.
The men who delivered and fitted the worktop were masters of their craft and the end result was perfect.

After previous experiences Stone Circle was a breath of fresh air. They helped us through choosing the stone top, edging and finishes. Special thanks to Sue for her expert knowledge, understanding what works and being flexible with the templating dates. The fitters were amazing overcoming some issues with the kitchen fit on the day producing a high quality finish. I would highly recommend Stone Circle, professional, friendly and quality service.

The whole process with Stone Circle was very impressive. Meeting face to face to discuss price points and options we ended up with a beautiful set of Quartzite. Sue was knowledgeable helpful and price point was exactly in line with our expectations. Quality control of the pieces we selected was brilliant. The planner knew exactly what he was talking about, demonstrated with a flawless fitting. Would thoroughly recommend, hence why our builder did.

Visited showroom on a few occasions, which helped with decision on worktop. Sue was extremely helpful both at the showroom, and on the phone when we had to delay the survey. Survey went well, and fitters were very knowledgeable. I can only but recommend this company for their overall customer service.
