The charging lead is unreliable and it will not transfer data between my phone and my PC. (Does anyone know if there is a USB C charging/data lead available?) The fingerprint unlock facility is not available. Why not? Also there was no user manual packaged with the phone and there does not seem to be one available online.

I love my STK X3. The only complaint is that the fingerprint option isn't available. I've selected biometrics in settings but there is no option for the fingerprint sensor.

Rather strange, my old lg g5 (2nd phone) hit the floor so I got a STK X3 off e-bay from mobstars, what amazing luck !!!!, when I tried this phone, I thought it might be like older models !!! defo wrong here, the performance was brilliant, responsive, fast, easily laid out, apparently not available generally, this is a pity as it is well thought out every part of the phone worked brilliantly, I was very concerned about the camera at 13 mp I thought it would under perform but great optics made up for this, memory is just enough, but it has sd micro if you need extra, ram is only 4gb but it work well on this, the phone handles well.....brilliant browsing the net, just about easily out performing my wifes g*l*xy........so basically a £300+ phone for under £50........5 star for little cost, I even bought a second as my wife loved it so much !!!

i purchased a STK phone a while ago new in the box from a shop had it 6 months if that it went off and never came back on i tried new chargers and plugs but it never came back on lost my recite now its in my draw gathering dust ......

bought an STK EVO_2.
It works it functional met all the required things I needed out of a first phone and whilst it may run on 3g networks it does all the things I need it to and more very good phone in my opinion and whilst a bit laggy a great starter phone

I bought an STK ACE from ASDA and I can't use it because the battery only lasts about 6 hours on standby. I get about 20 minutes talk time. Yes I've set the phone options to maximise battery use!!!

Bought a smart watch and separate strap . Watch came in an opened broken box charging wire unwound, cover on face watch had quite clearly been removed and reapplied badly and watch loose in box . The return procedure is the worst I’ve ever used . Have to get permission to return then when back with them they will examine before they decide on refund. My watch was clearly secondhand when I got it so don’t understand!! Still waiting to hear from them 4 days later . Please can I have my refund as my consumer rights have not been met

Stk phones are cheap and dodgy,no customer service back up, absolutely rubbish

Oh dear was thinking yes British manufacturers, must be good! How wrong I was.... terrible experience, very slow apart from battery time, that goes down very quickly! Sorry guys I wanted to support British but unfortunately these phones suck!

I ordered a battery for my STK phone, you sent me a battery that was totally dead. I had it on charge for 6 hours and then a further 12 hours. Still totally dead. I sent an email saying the battery was faulty and offered to send it back. I received no answer. What a total waste of money.

Absolutely unreliable I needed an ambulance for my Nan and my stk phone wasn’t charging so I couldn’t call the emergency services so I had to find a telephone box. I am absolutely disgusted and furious about this phone

OK phone but keypad lock is useless and this thing will dial emergency services from your pocket. Had I known that I would have avoided this.

I purchased a new STK Life Plus S. It is completely unreliable. The phone keeps stopping charging. I have returned the phone to STK 3 times in a year and asked for a replacement but they keep trying to repair it. The charging port has been repaired three times and also the phone needed a replacement battery. The repairs only last a few weeks and then the phone stops working again. Absolute rubbish quality!

I have had my STK mobile just over a year a week ago i was using my mobile it got so hot it was burning the side of my face I turned it off the next day when going to use it the same thing happened a warning came up to say battery is over heating remove it.
I have not touched it since and don't intend to ever use it again. The manufacture should look into these mobiles there is definitely a fault with them

Bought STK ace plus off a TV sale site...less than 2years old..battery started to swell ..gave me a bad rash on side of face..you could almost fry an egg it got so hot..
Tried every site selling batteries..been scammed twice.
Battery type STK 24041001 3.8v 2800Ah (10.64WH)
Max charge 4.35v..has anybody know if the battery is obsolete or is there another battery that fits.
