Don’t know where to start really, but guess I’ll start with a HUGE THANK YOU to this company. What a wonderful job they have completed this week at my sisters home.
I’ve spent the last 4 days supporting my sister as Stiltz fitted a lift into her home.
My goodness, what a company! All went to plan and on time as they had said. The 4 guys we had over the 4 days were just lovely. Explained everything in full, checking my sister understood and so polite and helpful. They tidied up at the end of each day and really, it was all seamless. Left everywhere spotless when they had finished. The end result is just fantastic. My sister has phoned me this morning and she LOVES her new lift. It’s taken a load of worry off my shoulders now as I’m an hour away from her and I’ve worried everyday about her using the stairs, of which she has many!
The lift itself is easy to use and looks very stylish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stiltz if you are thinking of getting a home lift. Granted, not cheap, but you really do get the quality you are paying for and from a lovely team of fitters.

Was a little disappointed as I had to keep chasing re the fitting of heat sensors and a modem, to which I really dont need the modem.

Sales team, I knew what I wanted and they delivered, except that the original price they quoted was later increased by £1,000 (which was 'generously' discounted by £500) due to a late realisation that some plumbing work would be needed.
Building Team, Efficient, Professional, No Complaints there.
Project Managment, over the course 3 different Project Managers who did not seem to be too bothered about managing the project
Installers, Well, they did the job with apparent reluctance and attempted to get my 96 year old father to change the specifications (they did not have a seat for the lift and tried to persuade a stroke survivor with weak legs and trouble standing that he did not need it) They also tried to pass off a crack in the acrylic as a scuff and promised the technician who would come to fit the seat would fix it. He came did not have the seat and knew nothing about the crack, which had grown so much that my father was afraid to use the lift.
The Project Manager was absent, another was assigned who knew nothing about the crack and could not find the photographs that both technicians had taken.
I contacted Customer Experience (aka complaints) They were very good got everything sorted. 2 Technicians turned up, had to disassemble much of the lift and eventually got it repaired, No complaints there.
The packing materials were left for the comany's refuse collection team to collect. I thought nothing of this as they had done the same at the initial install and I expected the same prompt service. A week later, despite a reminder some of the rubbish, cardboard, plastic, bubble wrap, is still awaiting collection while the rest of it, the metal and a huge wooden box had disapeared within 48 hours.
All in all I have mixed feelings about this firm, the product once repaired is very good, the whole experience though generated a lot of frustration and some ill feeling.
I cannot in good conscience recommend them.

I had a Duo+ lift installed November 2025 and have been very pleased with it. The installers and engineers were fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. However, before purchasing I advise you to enquire about the cost and terms of the Extended Warranty for service and repair after installation which is a high extra expense I was not informed about before the lift was installed.

I saw an advert that said their lifts were ‘affordable’ and I was curious as to what they deemed affordable to be so I went to their webpage, had to put a few details in so that I could get to the next page to get an idea of cost as the link stated they needed to check if there was someone in my area able to fit one to be able to estimate cost! (I did NOT agree to any further contact!)

I have no intention or need to purchase a lift, but since then I’ve had 5 phone calls trying to get me to buy one! The first couple of times I could see their numbers and once I recognised it I blocked them. They must have realised that so then they started calling from withheld numbers! Just sod off!

***Further to the response below: I didn’t request a call, nor did I expect one…never mind FIVE! This isn’t about trying to help potential customers who might be about to ‘leave hospital!’ But pressure sales!

Without our stiltz lift we would have had to move out of our home of 40years due to my wife being unable to get upstairs on her own. Since having the lift she has lost her mobility and is now wheelchair dependent. On the odd occasion if there's a problem, I've phoned stiltz and one of the team have come out and sorted it . This has happened a few times always between 11 and 12 pm. while going to bed , we've waited for one of them to arrive usually for an hour or two depending where they live and there's normally something simple needs doing. Always friendly and helpful when they arrive and it's not long before we can get back to normal.

Wonderful team of builder/installers, courteous, tidy , and friendly, the installation was efficient and they left the house clean and with a well working lift. Thank you.

I was very impressed with whole experience from start to finish. Our house is an old farmhouse solidly built with solid wood floorboards. The workman were so good and made no mess not easy dealing with 100 yrs of dust ! It was installed so quickly in the time they said and I have enjoyed using the lift everyday saving me the agony of using stairs. I can use the whole of my house again! Would have no hesitation in recommending Stiltz lift to anyone

Highly delighted with the product and installation process. Everyone friendly and helpful including the well organised survey and setup procedures. The lift has been a bonus. We have a friend who installed a stairlift and we found this noisy and access via the stairs for general use limited. The Stiltz Homelift overcame all these issues. Easy access and pleasant ride. The only issue is where to find a convenient place in the property. Once found and installed it has been a bonus. We chose the smaller model but after time wish we had perhaps opted for the "wheelchair" size. Not that a wheelchair has become needed but, if required in the future, the additional space, in terms of the depth taken is used anyway by the smaller lift to gain access. The journey upstairs is safe and relaxing.

I have had a stiltz for many years now and it has never let me down. I bought it as a future proof for my home. I love living here but I knew in time
I would need help as there are 15 steps to my front door. Once I am in It’s a bungalow. I am so happy that at 80 I can still have my independence.

The lift makes my lovely home manageable for me.
We had initial teething problems when it was installed 2 years ago and these took a few visits from engineers to solve. But since then I've had no problems. The engineers are always friendly and efficient.

great guys who fitted it; great guy who comes to service it; and for me it gave me back my dignity and more independance

From the salesman's visit to the completed lift, the whole process was efficient and well run.

Well I can say it wasnt cheap, but it hasbeen worth every penny. During the 1st 12months there were a few teething problems, they were reported and attended to very quickly. The installation went well due to good workers who were very polite.
This lift has been a big asset to my life, no falling down stairs, moving washing and certain goods too heavy to to carried by visitors.Ican certainly recommend this product. It has made my life a lot easier, easy to clean.

While there were some initial hitches during installation, parts missing or incorrect. These were quickly resolved. The aftercare service is second to none. When I have needed to call the telephone is quickly answered and the problem addressed. All the staff from installers, to service engineers and co-ordinators are very professional but also very friendly and eager to help.
I would 100% recommend STILTZ to anyone thinking of installing a home lift

It has made such a differenc to my life, I can go any where in my house now , up or down. All the mess made they cleared up , and I was very pleased with the way they worked.

We purchased a Stilz Homelift three years ago and the best thing we have did as my wife was having trouble with stairs.
We took out a warranty plan but have never had a problem but are assured that if we needed help Stilz maintance would be on hand. We do have a yearly service agreement.

We have had the lift (Trio) for over 2 years now, and it has been very reliable in use. My wife finds it so much easier than a stairlift for getting up- and down-stairs. A minor drawback is that there is not much clearance to get the wheelchair through the doorframe. The lift is also perfect for moving heavy objects (e.g. suitcases, vacuum cleaners) between floors.

Having a Stilz lift installed was the best decision we've ever made.
From the installation to the present day we are extremely pleased.
Life has been made much easier.
